Senior Backend Engineer, Customer Data Platform

About This Role

You'll design and scale the backend services behind our Customer Data Platform, shaping how customer data is ingested, stored, and served. Your work will unlock real-time insights for product teams across the company, with high ownership over architecture decisions.

What You'll Do

• Design and build scalable backend services for customer data
• Own data ingestion and processing pipelines end to end
• Improve API performance, reliability, and observability
• Review code and guide mid-level engineers on the team

Requirements

• 5-8 years of backend engineering experience
• Track record building high-volume data pipelines
• Deep knowledge of distributed systems and databases
• Comfortable owning services from design to production
