About This Role

You'll build the agent orchestration and evaluation systems behind LemonLime's automated sales and marketing platform for small businesses. You'll combine model reasoning with deterministic software to ship reliable, long-running workflows across APIs, browsers, and databases. Expect high autonomy on a five-person team where AI work and traditional engineering blend.

What You'll Do

• Build agent orchestration and long-running workflows
• Combine model reasoning with deterministic software systems
• Integrate models with APIs, browsers, and databases
• Ship constantly and rebuild flows based on customer behavior

Requirements

• Strong fundamentals in software development and architecture beyond AI tooling
• Experience using AI to build production systems, not just coding assistants
• Up to date on models, tools, and agent tradeoffs
• Ability to ship fast with minimal failure risk
