Senior Director, Revenue Enablement

San Ramon, California, United States

Join us in bringing joy to customer experience. Five9 is a leading provider of cloud contact center software, bringing the power of cloud innovation to customers worldwide. Living our values everyday results in our team-first culture and enables us to innovate, grow, and thrive while enjoying the journey together. We celebrate diversity and foster an inclusive environment, empowering our employees to be their authentic selves. We are looking for a Senior Director, Revenue Enablement to set enablement strategy, build and lead the team, and own the connection between enablement investment and revenue outcomes. Reporting to the Vice President of Sales Strategy & Operations, this leader is accountable for how quickly Five9 sellers become productive, how consistently they execute, and how well they carry the company’s AI story into the field. This is a build-and-lead role. The Senior Director directly leads onboarding and leadership development, plus a team of enablement specialists across product, sales execution, AI, partner sales, manager development, and adult learning design. They will scale the function across AMER and International while leaving room for the regional customization that global selling actually requires. The right candidate treats enablement as a revenue function, not a training function. They partner with Sales Leadership, Sales Operations, Product, Marketing, and Channel, and the organizations they lead, to align capability building with go-to-market priorities — and they can defend the investment case in front of executive leadership with evidence rather than activity counts. Key Responsibilities Enablement Strategy & Measurement Own and communicate a multi-year revenue enablement strategy — tied directly to Five9 growth objectives and sales priorities. Establish the measurement model for enablement — connecting enablement activation to business results such as ramp time, certifications, demo readiness, and pipeline build. Present enablement performance, capability gaps, and investment cases to executive leadership — with a clear line from spend to outcome. Onboarding & Seller Productivity Drive onboarding programs that measurably reduce time to first deal and time to full productivity. Own enablement activation at annual company kick-off — the single largest moment for setting seller focus and capability for the year. AI Enablement Set the strategy for enabling sellers to use AI in their daily workflow — so the field works faster and prepares better, not just differently. Equip sellers to sell Five9 AI solutions — building the fluency and confidence to carry the Genius AI story into enterprise conversations. Cross-Functional Partnership & Global Scale Partner across Sales Leadership, Sales Operations, Product, Marketing, and Channel — aligning enablement with go-to-market priorities rather than running alongside them. Scale enablement consistently across AMER and International — holding a common standard while allowing for regional customization. Budget, Vendors & Enablement Technology Manage the enablement budget and vendor relationships — making deliberate trade-offs about where the function invests. Collaborate on the enablement technology stack — including the revenue enablement platform, LMS, conversation intelligence, and practice and roleplay tooling. Team & Function Leadership Build, hire, coach, and develop a high-performing enablement team across seven functional areas. Directly lead onboarding and leadership development — setting the standard the rest of the function works to. Minimum Requirements 10+ years of experience in sales and/or revenue enablement. 5+ years leading and developing teams. Track record building or significantly scaling an enablement function. Demonstrated ability to tie enablement work to revenue outcomes, not activity metrics. Deep understanding of B2B SaaS sales process, methodology, and deal management. Experience designing an enablement technology stack. Strong executive presence and proven ability to influence senior stakeholders. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Preferred Requirements Experience in contact center, CCaaS, UCaaS, or adjacent technology industries. Experience enabling sales teams on AI products and AI-assisted selling workflows. Hands-on proficiency with modern AI tools and a clear point of view on their application to enablement work — including practical experience using AI to accelerate content development, program design, and team productivity. Background supporting global, multi-region sales organizations in sales operations, or a closely related field. Familiarity with revenue enablement platforms such as Highspot or Seismic, and conversation intelligence such as Gong. Experience with Salesforce and sales analytics. Work Location: This role is fully remote for candidates who reside outside the 30 mile radius of one of our offices. For candidates who reside within a 30 mile radius of one of our offices, this role is Hybrid and would require 3 days a week (T, W, TH) in office. As part of our continued commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, Five9 supports pay transparency during the entire recruitment process. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate including, but not limited to: skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the job across the United States. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package during your hiring process. Additionally, the total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, stock, and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans. Our total reward package also includes: Health, dental, and vision coverage, beginning on the first day of employment. Five9 covers 100% of the employee portion of the health, dental and vision coverage and shares a high portion of the dependent cost. We also offer Short & Long-Term Disability, Basic Life Insurance, and a 401k saving plan with employer matching. Access to an innovative mental health support platform that offers personalized care and resources in areas such as: therapy, coaching and self-guided mindfulness exercises for all covered employees and their covered dependents. Senior Campaign Manager, ABX

$120k-$165k / year

Description Sprout Social is looking to hire a Senior Campaign Manager, ABX to join the Revenue Marketing team. This is a highly strategic individual contributor role at the center of Sprout’s enterprise go-to-market motion — responsible for owning the ABX strategy that turns target account lists into pipeline, and pipeline into revenue. This person is the quarterback of Sprout’s ABX motion. They set the strategy, align the stakeholders, and ensure that every channel — digital, field, content, brand, and sales — is working in concert around the accounts that matter most. Why join Sprout’s Revenue Marketing team? Revenue Marketing at Sprout is where strategy meets execution. We own the full funnel across sales-led and self-serve motions, and we hold ourselves accountable to the numbers. This role sits at a pivotal intersection: close enough to the field to move with urgency, and embedded deeply enough in marketing to shape how we go to market at scale. If you’re the kind of marketer who thinks in buying groups, measures everything, and thrives when you’re influencing a room full of stakeholders without direct authority — this is your kind of team. What you’ll do You own the channel infrastructure and measurement layer of Sprout’s ABX motion, designing how we reach, engage, and track our key accounts across paid media, web, content, and the reporting and analytics to show impact and ensure every dollar and every signal is tied back to pipeline. This role is one half of a two-part ABX model. You’ll work lock step with field marketing and collaborate on who to target, how we’ll engage with them across physical and digital experiences and what infrastructure and measurement layers are required to ensure we’re maximizing reach, awareness, pipeline and revenue. Own paid digital strategy and third-party digital sponsorships. Define how paid digital investment is deployed against target accounts — including channel mix, audience targeting, and bid strategy — and manage third-party digital sponsorship relationships to ensure they are strategically selected, well-activated, and measured against account engagement outcomes. Own account-level web personalization and retargeting. Build and manage the digital infrastructure that delivers personalized web experiences and retargeting to target accounts and buying groups — ensuring every touchpoint across the web funnel is relevant to where an account is in its journey, and coordinated with Field Marketing’s on-the-ground engagement. Own content strategy and persona messaging. Define the content strategy and campaign narrative that underpins the ABX motion — including the persona-level messaging frameworks that inform how every digital channel speaks to target accounts. Collaborate with Field Marketing on account-specific content needs, while owning the strategic content architecture that scales across the program. Own intent signal strategy and Revenue Operations alignment. Define which intent signals drive account prioritization and digital campaign sequencing, and partner closely with Revenue Operations to connect the ABX motion to pipeline data, account scoring models, and enterprise revenue targets — ensuring digital campaigns are always pointed at the accounts that matter most to sales. Own ABX full-funnel attribution, reporting dashboards, and campaign optimization. Build and maintain the attribution models and reporting infrastructure that tie every digital touchpoint back to account-level pipeline and revenue impact. Partner with Marketing Operations on the underlying data flows and campaign infrastructure, and use performance insights to continuously optimize channel mix, targeting, and spend. What you’ll bring You are a strategic B2B marketer with deep ABX or ABM expertise and a track record of driving enterprise pipeline through highly coordinated, multi-channel programs. You know how to own a strategy, rally cross-functional partners around it, and hold the line on measurement — even when you’re not the one executing every tactic. You bring equal parts analytical rigor and stakeholder savvy, and you know that the best ABX programs live and die by Sales alignment. The minimum qualifications for this role include: 8+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, integrated campaign management, or account-based marketing, preferably within SaaS or technology organizations Proven track record of owning and scaling ABM/ABX programs targeting enterprise accounts, including 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many motions Experience operating as a highly strategic individual contributor — setting strategy and directing cross-functional execution without direct management authority Strong ability to influence and align stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Operations — including senior leadership — without a direct reporting line Demonstrated experience with enablement, sponsorship management, and performance reporting in an ABX or demand generation context Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate account-level engagement data into actionable insights and executive-ready reporting Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills — you can present pipeline impact to a CRO and walk an SDR through a play with equal clarity Preferred qualifications for this role include: Hands-on experience with ABM platforms such as 6sense or Demandbase, and marketing automation platforms such as Marketo or HubSpot Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce) and multi-touch attribution and pipeline measurement frameworks Experience with intent data activation, account scoring, and buying group engagement strategies Background supporting enterprise SaaS GTM motions, ideally with exposure to both sales-led and product-led growth environments Experience developing and delivering Sales and SDR enablement materials tied to active ABX programs How you’ll grow Within 1 month, you’ll plant your roots, including: Build relationships with Campaigns leadership and key cross-functional partners across Field Marketing, Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, and Sales leadership Develop a deep understanding of Sprout’s enterprise GTM motion, existing ABX infrastructure, current digital channel performance, and how Field Marketing’s account relationship motion works alongside this role Audit current paid digital programs, personalization capabilities, attribution models, and reporting dashboards — identifying the highest-leverage gaps and optimization opportunities Within 3 months, you’ll start hitting your stride by: Take ownership of paid digital, web personalization, retargeting, and content strategy with a clear operating cadence in place with Field Marketing, RevOps, and Marketing Operations Establish or refine the attribution model and reporting dashboard that ties ABX digital activity to account-level pipeline, with initial reporting delivered to stakeholders Build early trust as a technical and strategic partner to Field Marketing and Sales — demonstrating that the digital layer is amplifying their on-the-ground motion Within 6 months, you’ll be making a clear impact through: Run a fully optimized digital ABX motion — paid, personalization, retargeting, and content working in coordinated sequence — with clear performance reporting tied to pipeline outcomes Deliver regular attribution reporting that gives Sales and Marketing leadership a clear view of how digital ABX activity is influencing enterprise pipeline Establish yourself as the go-to owner of ABX channel infrastructure and measurement across Marketing, Sales, and RevOps Within 12 months, you’ll make this role your own by: Own ABX digital strategy through annual and long-range planning cycles — with a strong point of view on channel investment, sponsorship selection, content priorities, and measurement evolution Build a best-in-class ABX digital program with scalable infrastructure, proven attribution, and a culture of continuous optimization Serve as a key voice in enterprise GTM strategy alongside Field Marketing and a trusted partner to Sales leadership and Revenue Marketing leadership Of course what is outlined above is the ideal timeline, but things may shift based on business needs and other projects and tasks could be added at the discretion of your manager.
