Car Fleet Program Manager

Berlin

$85k-$110k / yearest.

About Wolt At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe. Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life. Wolt's Real Estate and Facilities team looks after the spaces and resources our people depend on, across all our markets. We work closely with People, Finance, and Operations to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. We are now looking for a Car Fleet Program Manager to build our vehicle fleet function properly, for the first time. Right now we have several hundred company cars spread across a dozen or so countries, and we are looking for someone to help us define the policies, governance, and day-to-day management that will make the programme work well. That is where you come in. This is a genuine blank-page role. You will define what our fleet programme can look like, write policies that govern it, and build the operating model to run it well. If you enjoy bringing order to situations that need it and building things up from scratch, you will feel right at home here. What you'll be doing Define Wolt's global car fleet policy from scratch, covering allocation criteria, vehicle categories, eligibility (is it a benefit or a work tool?), procurement, cost ownership, and compliance requirements across 10 + countries. Own process of end-to-end operational fleet management: ensuring we manage everything from car handovers, driving licence checks, maintenance tracking, damage processes, leaver management all the way to lease accounting well. Work closely with a true cross section of teams - People, Finance, Benefits, Legal, and Operations teams etc so the fleet programme connects seamlessly with employee lifecycle processes. Evaluate tools and automations as needed for the fleet management to enable make the programme scalable and efficient. Track and manage fleet costs, utilisation, and compliance across markets, and make data-driven recommendations to evolve or right-size the programme over time. Our humble expectations You have multi- year of experience in fleet management, mobility, or a related operations or facilities role, ideally including experience building a programme or policies across multiple countries. You understand lease accounting and are comfortable at the intersection of fleet management, payroll, and employee benefits, including gross-up calculations. You are a strong stakeholder manager, able to bring HR, Finance, Legal, and business leaders along with you when introducing new structures where things have previously run informally. You enjoy building from scratch and can figure out the why before you solve the how. You communicate clearly in English and can turn complex operational and compliance topics into policies that people actually understand and follow. What's in it for you This is genuinely a build role. You will be starting from scratch, with real authority to shape what the programme becomes. The decisions you make in year one will set the direction for how Wolt manages vehicles across a dozen or so countries. You will sit within our Real Estate and Facilities team and work with a range of teams on a day to day basis. You will get to know the business well, and your impact will be visible early on. Next steps If this sounds like your kind of challenge, apply today. We review applications on a rolling basis. Our hiring process typically includes an intro call with the Talent Acquisition team, followed by interviews with the hiring manager and key stakeholders. We will walk you through what to expect at each step. Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion We’re committed to growing and empowering a more inclusive community within our company, industry, and cities. That’s why we hire and cultivate diverse teams of people from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We believe that true innovation happens when everyone has room at the table and the tools, resources, and opportunity to excel.

By empowering FinTechs, banks, and wealth managers to offer investment products, we help create financial well-being for their customers. lemon.markets is a Brokerage-as-a-Service platform: simple digital access to capital markets through a single API. Our API-first infrastructure abstracts brokerage complexity with a well-documented API, a self-service customer operations portal, and a clear regulatory framework, so partners can launch customer-centric, compliant products in weeks, not months. As part of the dwpbank Group, we share a clear goal: we enable anyone to be an investor by making investing in capital markets more accessible. By combining dwpbank’s long-standing expertise and stability with lemon.markets’ technology-first mindset and speed, we are building a modern, modular securities services ecosystem. Together, we offer faster time-to-market, modular services, and a modern customer experience that helps financial service providers stay competitive and respond more flexibly in a changing market. Your Mission As our Investment Compliance Manager, you will own and strengthen our Investment Compliance Function across the securities business, ensuring that our products, processes, and partner activities remain fully aligned with WPHG requirements. The role sits close to our Investing Domain and Customer Lifecycle Domain and is designed as an embedded compliance role with strong exposure to Product, Engineering, Operations, Partner Management, and other first-line functions. Your work will directly support compliant product growth by ensuring that new features, instruments, customer journeys, and partner setups are reviewed early and implemented in line with regulatory expectations. In the first months, your focus will be on understanding the existing framework, taking end-to-end ownership of day-to-day WPHG compliance topics, and further detailing and improving an already solid control setup. You will have the opportunity to combine oversight with forward-looking advisory work, helping the business move quickly while maintaining high regulatory standards in a product-driven and highly collaborative environment. In this role you will: Review key WPHG topics such as best execution, inducements, appropriateness, product governance, customer classification, conflicts of interest, market abuse, safeguarding of customer assets, and complaint-related processes, ensuring that the existing framework is applied correctly and further developed where needed. Monitor first-line implementation and controls across customer order handling, partner activities, tied-agent setups, and customer-facing journeys, including marketing materials, app flows, and disclosures, to ensure customers are informed clearly and not steered inappropriately. Advise Product, Engineering, Operations in the Investing and Customer Lifecycle Domains on new features, financial instruments, customer types, and process changes, so regulatory requirements are considered early and product development can move forward in a compliant way. Collaborate closely with Partner Management and relevant internal teams to assess whether partner-operated materials and processes under our license meet our standards and regulatory obligations. Prepare and further develop WPHG compliance reporting for management, including regular assessments of business development, customer and transaction volumes, incidents, and potential deviations from internal or regulatory requirements. You’ll be successful in this role if you: You bring at least 5 years of professional experience, including a minimum of 3 years of hands-on WPHG compliance experience in a licensed fintech or bank, with a clear focus on securities services or securities distribution. You have strong expertise in German regulatory requirements relevant to investment compliance, including topics such as best execution, inducements, appropriateness, product governance, customer classification, conflicts of interest, and related control frameworks. You are a strong communicator and collaborative stakeholder manager who can work effectively with Product, Engineering, Operations, Partner Management, and other first-line functions in an embedded setup. You are fluent and comfortable operating in both German and English in a professional environment. You have a genuine interest in product development and enjoy translating regulation into practical guidance that supports innovation without compromising compliance. You work in a hands-on, pragmatic, and ownership-driven way, thrive in dynamic environments, and are motivated to improve structures rather than just maintain them. How we take care of you: 🚀 Compensation package: We offer you a competitive salary, based on your experience and the value-add you bring to lemon.markets. 🕑 Flexible working hours: We trust people to choose when they work best and avoid a rigid 9 to 5 mindset. You decide on the rhythm that helps you do your best work, with only shared core hours from 12:00 to 16:00 to support collaboration. 🏢 Hybrid work setup: You can work from anywhere in Germany within a hybrid model. At the same time, in-person collaboration is a key part of our culture. That being said, individual contributer lemoneers work 4 days or more in our Berlin office, spending quality time together with the team at events, onsites/offsites or over team dinners. 📈 Grow with us: We take your personal development seriously! You’ll get regular mentorship and stretch opportunities, a clear career development framework with frequent feedback conversations as well as an annual learning budget. 🌱 People & culture: You’ll feel our culture in the small things, like Polaroids from our lemoneers’ first day and our monthly new-joiner breakfasts. But also in the bigger things, like celebrating the onboarding of new partners or our annual offsites, where the whole company comes together to connect, reflect, and celebrate. 💛 Perks & benefits: We choose benefits that add actual value. We sponsor a Deutschlandticket for employees on unlimited contracts, plus 50% off on Beatvest - our partner for financial education and investing. 🏝 Workation: Get out of here! At lemon.markets you can work remotely from anywhere in the EU for up to 10 consecutive days at a time, and up to 60 days per year in total. The company welcomes people from all different backgrounds, including age, citizenship, ethnic and racial origins, gender identities, individuals with disabilities, marital status, religions and ideologies, and sexual orientations to apply. Technical Product Manager

Berlin

$80k-$120k / yearest.

Your mission The future of construction software isn't a single closed platform — it's a connected ecosystem. As our Technical Product Manager for Integrations, you'll own how Cosuno connects to the third-party systems our customers already rely on, from estimating and ERP tools like RIB iTWO to the open REST API that lets others build on top of us. You'll be the bridge between our customers, our engineers, and our platform — turning real-world integration needs into a roadmap that makes Cosuno the infrastructure the construction industry plugs into. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role in our Product team. Both our REST API and our connectors are still early, so you won't just maintain an integration surface — you'll shape it. You'll spend real time on-site with customers, understand how their systems actually work, and translate that into a product that lets them connect to Cosuno as seamlessly as possible. In your first few months, you might: Take ownership of our integrations product area — the REST API and our existing connectors to third-party systems such as RIB iTWO — and define where they go next. Travel to customers across Germany to support them hands-on with implementing and setting up connectors, and to understand their systems, data flows, and constraints in the real world. Sit down with customers to elicit integration requirements, then prioritize them against impact, effort, and our platform strategy. Translate those requirements into clear, well-scoped tickets that our engineers can pick up and build — with the technical context they need to move fast. Work through our API documentation and test endpoints yourself to validate what's possible, spot gaps, and represent the developer experience from the outside in. Partner with Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales to make sure customers can connect their systems to Cosuno with as little friction as possible. How we work At Cosuno, we give people real ownership and trust them to do their best work. For this role, that means: High autonomy, high impact: You'll own the integrations area end to end. No one will look over your shoulder, but you'll always have the support of the Product and Engineering teams when you need it. Close to the customer: This is not a desk-only PM role. A meaningful part of your time is spent with customers on-site. Technical by nature: You'll work directly with APIs, documentation, and connector behavior. You don't have to ship production code, but you do need to be comfortable in technical territory. Platform thinking: We're building the infrastructure other construction tools and AI agents connect into. Every integration decision feeds that bigger picture. AI-first: We use AI deeply in both our product and our daily work, and we want people who do the same. Your profile You'll be a great fit if you have: 3–5 years of experience in product management, ideally in B2B SaaS, platform, or developer-facing products. Hands-on experience with APIs and integrations — you understand how REST APIs work, can read and reason about API documentation, and are comfortable validating endpoints (e.g. with tools like Postman) yourself. A talent for working directly with customers: eliciting requirements, asking the right questions, and earning trust in technical conversations. The ability to translate messy, real-world integration needs into prioritized, well-scoped tickets that engineers can act on. Strong analytical thinking and a pragmatic instinct for turning complex problems into workable solutions. Native-level German (this is a firm requirement — all of our customers are German construction companies and you'll work with them directly and on-site) and fluent English. Willingness to travel regularly to customers within Germany. You use AI tools — LLM-based assistants, MCPs, no-code prototyping — routinely in your day-to-day work. Bonus points for: Experience with construction tech, ERP, or estimating systems (e.g. RIB iTWO, SAP, Nevaris). A background as a solutions engineer, integration engineer, or technical consultant before or alongside product management. Why us? Competitive Compensation: A competitive salary above the market average. Work-Life Balance: Work fully remotely from anywhere in Germany, or from our modern office in Berlin Friedrichshain. We offer flexible working hours to fit your life. Top-Notch Equipment: A new MacBook Pro to ensure you have the best tools for the job. A Great Team: Regular company off-sites and team events that connect us as people, not just colleagues. Job Security: A permanent contract in a stable, well-funded company. Growth & Feedback: An open feedback culture with regular 1:1s and development conversations. About us Cosuno – Revolutionizing construction through technology. We are Cosuno – a fast-growing tech startup that is making the construction industry more efficient and transparent with our digital platform for tenders and procurement processes. Our goal: to solve the most complex challenges in the industry with innovation and simplicity. Artificial intelligence is the key to our solution: it analyzes millions of price data points and helps construction companies create precise and efficient bids. This not only saves our customers time but also helps them avoid unnecessary costs. But for us, it's not just about technology – it's about the people who drive it. At Cosuno, you will work with creative minds who are reshaping the construction industry. We believe in diversity because we know that the best ideas come from different perspectives. An integrative and inclusive work environment is a matter of course for us. Join us – Build the future of construction.

Senior Platform Partnership Business Development Manager - Affiliate Marketing

Berlin · Frankfurt · Hamburg · Munich

$60k-$75k / year

Location: The Senior Platform Partnership BD Manager, TikTok For Business position is a remote, work-from-home role, as are all positions at Acceleration Partners. Some travel is required for client meetings, internal meetings, conferences, and other events. THE ROLE: Acceleration Partners is hiring a Senior Platform Partnership Business Development Manager to own and grow platform and API partnerships that drive SMB advertiser acquisition and revenue at scale for our client, TikTok For Business. This role will sit at the intersection of product, engineering, and go-to-market: structuring deals, deepening technical integrations, and accelerating how partners bring TikTok For Business to their merchants and clients. The most critical phase of this role spans from initial business development through complete partner onboarding and integration. That means the ideal candidate is a true hunter: someone who can identify and close new partnership opportunities and then drive them all the way through to live, operational integrations. We’re looking for a fast learner with commercial instincts and the technical curiosity to bridge the gap between business development and engineering. TOP 5 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: PARTNERSHIP BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT - Identifies, pursues, and closes new platform and API partnerships with CRM platforms, e-commerce tools, and marketing automation providers. Owns the full BD cycle from first contact through signed agreement. Builds and maintains a strong network across the platform partnership ecosystem and represents TikTok For Business at senior and C-level engagements. PARTNER ONBOARDING AND INTEGRATION - Drives the critical post-close phase: shepherding partners through technical onboarding, scoping API integration requirements, and working closely with product and engineering teams to get integrations live. Translates commercial commitments into operational reality, ensuring partners can activate advertisers at scale via TikTok For Business APIs. JOINT GO-TO-MARKET EXECUTION - Co-creates and executes co-marketing, co-selling, and activation programs with partners to drive advertiser onboarding. Builds joint GTM motions that connect TikTok platform strengths to each partner’s merchant or client base, with the goal of growing effective monthly active advertiser (EMAA) counts. PERFORMANCE OWNERSHIP AND REPORTING - Tracks and owns partnership KPIs including registrations, new customer acquisition (NCA), EMAA, and revenue. Uses data to identify what is working, what isn’t and where to focus energy. Brings a structured, analytical approach to optimization across a portfolio of partnerships. CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION - Acts as the connective tissue between external partners and internal product, engineering, and marketing teams. Communicates partner needs clearly, flags integration blockers early, and ensures internal teams have the context to prioritize and execute effectively. WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE: BY 6 MONTHS... You’ve mapped the target partner landscape, initiated outreach with priority prospects, and moved at least one partnership from initial conversation into active onboarding or integration scoping. You understand TikTok’s API products well enough to hold credible conversations with partner technical teams, and you’re building internal relationships with the product and engineering stakeholders you’ll rely on throughout the integration process. BY 1 YEAR... You’ve closed and fully onboarded multiple strategic partnerships, with each contributing measurable advertiser activations and EMEA growth. You have a structured pipeline of BD opportunities, a joint GTM motion running with at least one anchor partner, and a clear view of which partnership types produce the best returns. Your reporting is proactive, your cross-functional relationships are strong, and you’re actively shaping how the team approaches platform partnerships. QUALITIES OF THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: Hunter mentality: driven to open new partnerships, not just manage existing ones. Gets energy from pursuing and closing. Fast learner who can get up to speed on a new technical product quickly. Formal training will be provided during onboarding. Comfortable at the intersection of commercial and technical. Can hold a credible conversation with both a C-suite partner and an engineering team. Operates with urgency. Knows that the window between deal close and active integration is where partnerships succeed or stall. Structured and data-driven. Tracks their pipeline, knows their numbers, and makes optimization decisions with evidence. Strong communicator across all levels, from merchant-facing partners to internal product and leadership teams. Works well independently in a remote environment and manages multiple active partnerships without dropping the ball on any. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS: 5+ years of experience in platform partnerships, business development, or API partnership management. Proven track record closing and operationalizing partnerships, not just sourcing them. API and technical fluency: comfortable reading API documentation, discussing integration requirements with engineering teams, and identifying where technical configurations create (or block) commercial value. Candidates with a strong understanding of digital advertising or experience at a tech or ad-tech company are also considered, with hands-on training provided during onboarding. Solid understanding of digital advertising, particularly how SMBs buy ads and how platform ad products (pixel, conversion tracking, campaign creation) function. Commercial acumen: understands partnership economics, can structure win-win deals, and knows how to measure impact. Fluent in English (required). Additional major European language (German, French, Spanish, Italian, or Dutch) is a strong plus. Experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing teams. Bachelor’s degree. Ability to travel when needed for partner meetings, conferences, and internal team events. Nice to Have: Experience working with Shopify, WooCommerce, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platform partners. Background working at or with a marketplace, platform ecosystem, or API-first business. Familiarity with TikTok’s ad products and the SMB advertiser journey. WHY ACCELERATION PARTNERS? Senior Full-Stack Engineer - Platform team

Berlin

$120k-$160k / yearest.

About the role Taktile helps financial institutions make smarter, safer decisions with the power of AI.. Our Engineering and Product Design teams are building multiple verticals on our platform at high speed, leveraging AI and building agentic functionality into the platform itself. As we scale into the world's largest regulated financial institutions, identity and access management (IAM), authorization, and fine-grained permissions have become foundational to our enterprise readiness. We are hiring a Full-Stack Engineer to join the team building Taktile's IAM and permissions platform : the authorization backbone that powers enterprise-grade access control across our product. This is a genuinely full-stack role: you'll design and build permission models and access controls end-to-end, from the React/TypeScript access-management and admin UIs down to the Python (FastAPI) authorization services. You'll take on the problems that make enterprise authorization genuinely hard: multi-tenant isolation , fine-grained permission checks in the hot path of millions of decisions a day, audit and access trails , and the constraints of regulated financial services . Backend development is a core requirement, and you'll own features end-to-end (front-end, backend, and operations over time). If you worked with Auth systems, Identity providers and complex authorization schemes we'd love to talk. What You'll Do Design, build, and operate core authorization primitives such as roles, policies, and fine-grained permission checks (RBAC/ReBAC), along with the authentication and SSO/OAuth/OIDC flows that sit on top of them. Guarantee strict multi-tenant isolation so every customer's data and decisions stay fully segregated. Keep fine-grained permission checks fast in the hot path of millions of automated decisions per day, where both latency and correctness are non-negotiable. Build audit and access-trail capabilities that give customers and auditors a verifiable record of who accessed what, when, and why. Design for regulated-industry constraints (financial services, SOC 2 / ISO 27001, data residency), where access control is a compliance requirement, not just a feature. Leverage leading edge AI tools (e.g. Claude) on a daily basis to build industry-shaping AI-native capabilities. Forward Deployed Software Engineer

Berlin

$100k-$150k / yearest.

We celebrate diversity and encourage individuals of all genders (m/f/d) to apply. We are looking for a Forward Deployed Software Engineer to help us solve complex workflow problems directly at the edge of our business: where product, engineering, commercial teams and customers meet. This isn't classic product engineering, nor pure implementation. You'll work alongside our Commercial teams and customers to find operational bottlenecks, then build pragmatic, high-quality software end to end: AI-powered workflows, internal tools, customer-specific automations, data migrations, dashboards and integrations that strip manual work out of onboarding and customer success. Your role competency will sit in Engineering: we care deeply about technical quality, maintainability, security and ownership. Your business accountability will sit close to Commercial: your success will be measured by how much you unblock customers, reduce manual work and help Nelly scale faster. About Nelly We are building the AI-Driven Financial Operating System for European healthcare, solving the biggest challenges for patients and practices. We create what no bank or software platform can handle. Our all-in-one platform transforms chaotic administrative processes into intelligent, automated workflows, from patient care to billing to next-generation payments. Because we truly believe: healthcare should be less about paperwork and more about people. Why? Because Europe is facing a massive shortage of medical professionals. And if we don't rethink the way practices work, the system won't be able to keep up. With our Series B funding of over €50 million from world-class investors, we are turning our vision into reality. What to expect: We work with the best team, which is why we give everything together every day. We believe in Talent Density, because exceptional people make everyone around them better. At Nelly, we move fast and expect everyone to keep up. Stagnation isn’t an option, which is why we invest heavily in growth. AI isn't a nice-to-have at Nelly. We expect you to use it every day and give you everything you need to do so. You get trust and ownership and we expect you to speak up, even when it's uncomfortable. Joining us, you will Work closely with Commercial, Product and Engineering to identify high-impact customer and workflow problems Build end-to-end solutions using TypeScript, React, AWS and modern AI/LLM tooling Own the problem from discovery to production: clarify the problem, design the solution, implement it, ship it, monitor it and improve it Be close to the customers: join customer conversations to understand workflows, validate assumptions, and translate real-world complexity into technical solutions Operate in ambiguous environments where there is no perfect spec, no perfectly prepared ticket and no one handing you a step-by-step plan Collaborate with Engineering to ensure your solutions meet our standards for reliability, security, observability and maintainability What you'll bring Several years as a software engineer, ideally from a startup or similarly fast, broad environment where you've worn many hats and owned things end to end - from understanding the user problem to shipping production-ready software Strong experience with TypeScript and React, and being comfortable working across the stack, including APIs and cloud infrastructure (ideally AWS) Hands-on experience building AI/LLM-based workflows and excitement about using them to solve practical business problems Strong curiosity about customer workflows and the ability to quickly understand operational complexity, even with ambiguity and incomplete information Pragmatism and strong product judgment: you know when to build something robust, when to automate, when to simplify, when not to over-engineer - and how to prioritise by business impact Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Fluency in German and English What we offer BVG ticket or a Swapfiets membership to cruise through the city Urban Sports membership to sweat, stretch, or sauna your way through the week Top of the line working equipment Flexible hours and a hybrid setup in the heart of Berlin Enjoy up to 4 weeks of workation wherever inspiration hits A cozy, dog-friendly office where good vibes are basically mandatory A fridge full of cold drinks and snacks waiting to be claimed

Senior Technical Program Manager - M&A Integration

Berlin · Hamburg

$150k-$200k / yearest.

Location : Come and join us in Hamburg or Berlin! Following Lyft’s acquisition of Freenow, we are looking for a Senior TPM to lead the technical workstreams that get us to Day 1 readiness — the period between signing and closing — and to set up the integration that follows. This is a high-stakes, high-visibility role reporting into the EU Tech Leader, with direct exposure to Freenow and Lyft leadership. You will be the single point of accountability for technical Day 1 readiness. That means making sure every employee, every office, and every critical system is ready to operate underFreenow by Lyft from the moment the deal closes — and that the integration stream is up and running the day after. You will also be the TPM accountable for the integration of future acquisitions Freenow makes. This is not a role for someone who wants to administer a project plan. You are expected to be technically credible, opinionated, and comfortable holding senior people to account across IT, Security, Infrastructure, Engineering, Legal, People, and Finance. You make decisions when others stall, escalate cleanly when you can’t, and keep the whole machine moving. YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE: Day 1 readiness. Own the end-to-end technical readiness plan between signing and closing. Define what “ready” means, track every workstream against it, and call the go/no-go on technical readiness for Day 1. IT and workplace cutover. Coordinate identity and system access (SSO, IdP, mail, productivity suite, engineering tooling), hardware provisioning and re-imaging, and office setup including network, VPN, Wi-Fi, meeting rooms, and physical access. Make sure nobody shows up on Day 1 unable to work. Security and compliance posture. Partner with Security and Legal to make sure the technical environment meets the new shareholder’s requirements on Day 1 — access controls, data handling, audit trails, vendor relationships. Integration stream kickoff. Stand up the technical integration workstreams between Freenow and Lyft so they are running, staffed, and producing output from day one of the integration phase. Set the operating cadence, dependencies, and escalation paths. Cross-functional orchestration. Hold IT, SRE, Infrastructure, Platform, Product Engineering, Data, Security, People, Legal, and Finance together on a single plan. Push hard on dependencies. Surface risks before they become incidents. Executive communication. Produce the technical readiness narrative for Freenow leadership, Lyft leadership, and the integration steering committee. Honest, concise, decision-oriented. Future M&A. Codify what you learn into a repeatable M&A integration playbook so we can do this faster and better the next time Freenow acquires a company. TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE: Significant TPM, engineering management, or M&A integration experience, with a clear track record of delivering on M&A separation, integration, or carve-out programmes — ideally including a Day 1 cutover under a new owner. A strong technical foundation — software engineering or infrastructure background. You can sit in an architecture review and push back credibly, and you understand what it takes to operate large-scale, 24x7 production systems. Working knowledge of enterprise IT and corporate engineering: identity providers and SSO, MDM, endpoint management, networking and VPN, SaaS provisioning, source control and CI/CD tooling, cloud account structures. Comfort operating in extreme ambiguity with only high-level direction, across multiple jurisdictions, time zones, and corporate cultures. Excellent written and verbal communication in English. You can brief a C-level audience in three slides and an engineer in a Slack thread, and adjust the register without losing precision. Influence without authority. You get senior people to commit, deliver, and stay aligned in a matrixed environment — without needing a reporting line to do it. Calm under pressure. M&A timelines move, regulators ask questions, and things break. You stay structured and keep others structured. Nice to have: Previous experience inside a regulated business (mobility, fintech, payments) or working through a change-of-control event. Familiarity with the German labour and works council context. Exposure to both acquirer-side and target-side integration work. BENEFITS & PERKS IN A NUTSHELL: Flexible working arrangements LinkedIn Learning Sabbatical & special leave policies WeRoad partnership Birthday, 24th + 31st December off Short term EU work policy Mobility Credit Health Insurance Employee assistance program DIVERSITY, EQUITY & INCLUSION: Freenow is an equal opportunity employer and we consider qualified applicants regardless of race, religion, national origin, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability or age. We want you to grow and evolve, bring your true self to work . ABOUT US: Freenow by Lyft empowers smarter mobility decisions, helping people to move freely and cities to thrive.
