And we get to do the best work of our career and grow our skills surrounded by colleagues who have our backs. If you’re ready to see your impact and unlock incredible career growth opportunities, join us, and build real world value. The work: We're seeking a dedicated, passionate, and eager Senior Staff Technical Program Manager to join our team responsible for leading Ripple's Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) migration program. This is a challenging and technical role, requiring the expertise to synthesize business and technical requirements and the foresight to ensure we are solving for Ripple's current and future security needs ahead of Q-Day. You will work closely with InfoSec, XRPL Core, Payments, Custody, Stablecoin, Platform, Compliance, and Legal to drive a company-wide cryptographic migration across asymmetric ciphers, symmetric ciphers, hashing functions, and digital signatures. You will partner with InfoSec on the high-level strategy, but also know when to get hands-on to push an initiative forward. You must be passionate about enabling teams to invent and deliver security-focused solutions to bold and ambiguous challenges. What you'll do: Drive execution of Ripple's PQC program end-to-end, from cryptographic asset inventory through risk prioritization, tradeoff analysis, and migration execution, against a Q-Day-readiness target of the end of 2028. Stand up and own a cross-org PQC working group with named owners across XRPL Core, Payments, Custody, Stablecoin, Platform, and InfoSec. Drive alignment with vendors and partners (custody partners, exchanges, payment processors, HSM vendors) on compatible PQC roadmaps, escalating gaps. Reduce ambiguity and risk by proactively identifying and eliminating bottlenecks and obstacles, raising issues strategically, and making sound data-driven decisions that deliver for our customers based on associated trade-offs. Communicate program status, risk, and progress with purpose and clarity to engineering leadership and executive sponsors, including maintaining the program dashboard reviewed monthly by execs. Be a role model and an inspiring leader for other TPMs. Create technical frameworks that can be used by engineering teams for decision-making. Influence & improve the efficiency of Operational Excellence processes org-wide. Partner with program managers, product managers, and engineering managers to understand development priorities and drive alignment across multiple partners with impactful priorities. Coordinate testing and release dependencies for assigned engineering teams, and across teams as products converge for release. Build migration-progress, risk-register, and readiness dashboards to advise partners and leadership of progress and gaps. What you'll bring: 10+ years of program management experience on initiatives involving sophisticated enterprise tech environments, working directly with many teams across functions. Solid understanding of cryptographic fundamentals (asymmetric/symmetric ciphers, hashing, digital signatures) sufficient to synthesize technical tradeoffs with engineering and InfoSec stakeholders. Prior exposure to PQC, cryptographic migrations, or security/compliance-driven technical programs is a strong plus. Ability to use data and analytics to look at trends and lead health of projects and systems. Ability to coordinate multi-functionally, build consensus, and execute across teams. Able to influence without authority, negotiate, and encourage others in a matrixed environment. Experience with Jira and Confluence, and proficiency in Google Sheets. Experience crafting or architecting (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems. Experience in Payments, Custody, Stablecoin, and/or Blockchain ecosystems. Through our interview process, what matters most is that you can always explain your approach, showing us not just what you know, but how you think. You can read more about our AI interview philosophy and how we use AI in our recruiting process here . Pinterest is looking for a thoughtful, highly skilled Staff Motion Designer to join the Design Innovation team. You will define and evolve the motion design language that brings clarity, coherence, and delight to Pinterest across surfaces and flagship features. This is a hands-on, horizontal role for a rare blend of motion craft leader, systems thinker, and design technologist. You will establish reusable motion principles, patterns, tokens, and implementation guidance within the design system; partner directly with product and engineering teams to solve challenging interaction problems; and build tools and prototypes that make it easier to explore and ship exceptional motion at scale. Your impact will extend from the details of a single interaction to the cohesive experience of Pinterest as a whole. Join us to define the motion language that makes Pinterest’s next generation of products feel clear, capable, and unmistakably Pinterest—raising the bar for craft, trust, and coherence for millions of Pinners. What you’ll do: Define and evolve Pinterest’s motion design language – principles, interaction and transition patterns, timing and tokens, specifications, and guidance – so motion is intentional, coherent, accessible, and reusable across the product ecosystem. Lead motion direction for flagship and AI-forward experiences, using motion to clarify state, cause and effect, hierarchy, feedback, progress, and system responsiveness. Partner horizontally with product designers, engineers, product managers, researchers, and content designers to connect individual feature work to a shared motion strategy and raise the quality of shipped experiences. Turn high-craft explorations into scalable design system contributions that reduce ad hoc implementation, improve consistency, and enable teams to move faster with confidence. Rapidly prototype and validate motion ideas using the right medium – motion studies, design tools, code, AI-enabled tools, or custom prototypes – to create shared understanding and accelerate decisions. Work closely with engineering throughout implementation to solve technically ambitious animation challenges while balancing performance, platform conventions, accessibility, and maintainability. Develop or enable lightweight tools, templates, and workflows that help designers explore visual and motion ideas quickly and help engineering teams build sophisticated animations reliably. Stay at the leading edge of AI-enabled motion and visual-creation tools, applying them strategically to improve ideation, prototyping, and production while maintaining critical thinking, quality validation, and ownership of final outcomes. Conduct motion quality reviews, give actionable feedback on designs and implementations, and mentor designers in motion principles, systems thinking, prototype craft, and productive engineering partnership. Clearly articulate the rationale, tradeoffs, and user impact behind motion decisions to teams, leaders, and executives; build alignment around a high bar for motion craft and system quality. What we’re looking for: 8+ years of experience in motion design, product design, interaction design, or a closely related discipline, with a portfolio demonstrating exceptional motion craft in shipped digital products or platforms. A staff/principal-level track record of influencing horizontally across teams, shaping a product or design-system direction, and raising quality without relying on formal authority. Deep command of motion and interaction design principles, including timing, choreography, easing, spring behavior, feedback, and transitions – and strong judgment about when motion improves usability, comprehension, emotion, and trust. Experience creating or materially evolving scalable motion systems, such as principles, token sets, pattern libraries, documentation, tooling, and governance that teams can adopt across products and platforms. Demonstrated experience partnering closely with engineers to implement complex motion; practical fluency in performance, technical constraints, platform conventions, handoff, and quality assurance. A design technologist mindset: comfortable using prototyping tools, AI, and code or technical workflows where useful to explore ideas, communicate intent, and improve how teams design and build. Strong product and systems thinking: able to connect craft decisions to user needs, product strategy, accessibility, implementation efficiency, and measurable impact. Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to synthesize ambiguity, create clear documentation, facilitate constructive critique, and align diverse cross-functional partners. A collaborative, low-ego working style with a passion for learning, experimentation, mentoring, and inclusive design. You consider reduced-motion preferences, cognitive load, and diverse user needs from the beginning of the design process. Bachelor’s degree in design, animation, human-computer interaction, a related field, or equivalent experience. Bonus Points For: Experience defining motion for AI, conversational, multimodal, or other emerging product experiences. Experience contributing to platform-wide design systems, public motion systems, or open-source animation libraries. Experience building designer-facing or engineer-facing tools that improve motion prototyping, handoff, or implementation quality. Experience in large-scale consumer products, personalization, or rapid experimentation environments. In-Office Requirement Statement: We recognize that the ideal environment for work is situational and may differ across departments. You can read more about our AI interview philosophy and how we use AI in our recruiting process here . Pinterest is looking for a Sr. Staff Quantitative Product Researcher to lead the development and evolution of user-centered measurement across our consumer experience. As the volume of measurement asks grows, we need a seasoned researcher who can partner with Data Science and Engineering as an equal — not just contributing to metrics work, but guiding it end-to-end and shaping the direction of how we measure the Pinner experience. In this role, you'll own the full arc of measurement work: identifying what we should be measuring, designing surveys that capture the constructs that matter, validating that our metrics are reliable and sensitive, guiding experimentation plans to prove they can move, and partnering with DS and Eng to build behavioral proxies or predictive models where they're needed. You'll also extend this work into how we evaluate and maintain the systems that depend on these metrics — informing when models need retraining, whether they generalize across user segments, and what levers actually move the outcomes we care about. You'll bring expertise in behavioral analysis, statistical modeling, survey methodology, and experimentation to strategic questions on the holistic Pinner experience, and you'll present findings to senior audiences and partner with leaders to turn learnings into strategy. What you’ll do: Lead the development of user-centered metrics end-to-end: define the construct, design and validate the survey instrument, establish reliability and sensitivity, guide the experimentation plan to prove the metric can move, and partner with DS and Eng to build behavioral proxies or predictive models when appropriate Extend measurement work into model stewardship — inform retraining decisions, evaluate generalizability across user segments, and stress-test where models do and don't hold up Conduct deep-dive learning analyses to uncover the drivers and levers behind key metrics, and translate those into actionable direction for product and DS partners Set and execute the learning agenda across a broad problem space — prioritize the questions that matter most, choose the right methods (surveys, behavioral analysis, quasi-experimental approaches, modeling), and work on the right project at the right time Show up as an equal partner to Data Science and Engineering, shaping the direction of measurement work rather than executing against someone else's spec Synthesize across behavioral analyses, experiment results, qualitative insights, and your own work to inform product and business decisions Present to senior leadership and tailor socialization for those audiences Partner with research managers to set quantitative research direction and mentor more junior quantitative researchers What we’re looking for: 7+ years of quantitative user research experience with large-scale consumer data, including a track record of leading metric development end-to-end — from construct definition through survey validation, experimental validation, and behavioral proxy/predictive modeling Deep expertise in survey methodology (construct validity, reliability, sensitivity), statistical modeling, experimentation at scale, and behavioral analysis Experience informing ML model evaluation and maintenance — retraining triggers, generalizability across segments, and known failure modes Fluency in R or Python and SQL, and strong data visualization skills Demonstrated ability to operate as a peer to Data Science and Engineering — guiding the direction of technical work, not just contributing to it Proactive — identifies the important questions and problems even when stakeholders aren't asking, and brings partners along Experience working horizontally across teams, developing strategy with xfn partners, and presenting to senior leadership Experience successfully leveraging AI tools in the research process with proper discernment and a high quality bar PhD preferred in a computational social science (economics, sociology, psychology), statistics, computer science, or related field — or equivalent practical experience Relocation Statement: This position is not eligible for relocation assistance. Through our interview process, what matters most is that you can always explain your approach, showing us not just what you know, but how you think. You can read more about our AI interview philosophy and how we use AI in our recruiting process here . TwoTwenty is Pinterest's incubation team. We invented Shuffles and Collages and we're the team behind Beauty Guides, Restyle and Smart Blocks. We're hiring a product manager to own one of our shipping products end to end, or to lead one of our next zero-to-one bets from a blank page to real users. What you'll do: Own a product on TwoTwenty end to end, from strategy through post-launch iteration. You'll pick between a substantial slice of the teams AI Experiences charter or one of the team's next bets in areas like generative creation tools, live shopping or AI planning surfaces. Make the product decisions that separate a demo from a product. You'll decide what ships in V1, defend the cut list and set the quality bar on your surface so designers and engineers calibrate to it. Land launches that require alignment with partner teams inside Pinterest (AIFwd, Search, Shop with Pinterest, ATG). You'll get to agreement without needing your manager in the room. Translate a company-level thesis into a concrete product decision your team can build against. You'll be able to state your product's strategy in one sentence and connect this week's engineering work to it. Run experiments that answer real questions, not experiments that produce metrics. You'll decide when a null result is a launch signal and when a positive result isn't good enough. Use AI to accelerate exploration, drafting and analysis in your day-to-day. This includes prototyping concepts, comparing design options and synthesizing user research, while applying judgment and verification to protect correctness and quality. Mentor at least one PM or designer on the team on the craft of narrowing a problem before writing the doc. What we're looking for: Minimum of 6 years of product management experience, including shipping a consumer product with an AI or ML component to at least one million users. Experience owning a zero-to-one product from a blank page through real user traffic, not a prototype in a deck. Experience saying no to a well-liked feature request from an executive and holding the line on quality. Experience earning the trust of a senior engineering leader on architectural decisions, and can describe how you did it. Understanding of the difference between a strategy and a plan, and the ability to state your current team's strategy in one sentence. Experience using AI to accelerate product exploration, competitive analysis or user research synthesis, with a clear approach to validating accuracy and quality before decisions get made. Committed to owning outcomes end to end. You treat things outside your scope as yours when the product needs it, and you don't lean on process to make decisions the team is looking to you for.
