By bringing the expertise, technology, and business model of the 21st century’s most innovative companies to the defense industry, Anduril is changing how military systems are designed, built and sold. Anduril’s family of systems is powered by Lattice OS, an AI-powered operating system that turns thousands of data streams into a realtime, 3D command and control center. As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years. ABOUT THE TEAM The Maneuver Dominance team at Anduril develops operationally relevant, multi-asset autonomy. We are focused on making large groups of autonomous systems work effectively together. We leverage existing Anduril drone platforms like Ghost or Altius, in addition to bringing 3rd party platforms into Anduril’s Lattice ecosystem. ABOUT THE JOB We are seeking a Senior Robotics Software Engineer, Omen Payload Integration to join the Maneuver Dominance team in Abu Dhabi (UAE). In this role, you will design, develop, and integrate software that connects autonomous platforms with mission payloads, including stores management systems (SMS), networked devices, and hardware interfaces. You will architect APIs and data transport layers that move information reliably between vehicles, payloads, and ground systems in demanding operational environments. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy solving complex problems at the intersection of software, networking, and hardware, and are passionate about delivering mission-critical systems, this opportunity is for you. Data Transport Engineering: Build and optimize low-level data transport over UDP and TCP, ensuring reliable, low-latency communication in constrained operational environments. Hardware-Interfacing Software: Write code that interfaces directly with hardware, bridging embedded devices, sensors, and payload electronics with higher-level autonomy software. Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with hardware, systems, vehicle, and payload teams to seamlessly integrate software into physical platforms. Real-World Deployment: Travel up to 25% to test, debug, and deploy systems in operational environments. Iterative Development: Contribute across the entire software lifecycle, including prototyping, implementation, testing, and deployment. Troubleshoot and Debug: Analyze and resolve issues in deployed systems, ensuring reliability and operational success. Required Qualifications Technical Expertise: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field. C++ or Rust Proficiency: 5+ years of hands-on experience developing production-grade software in C++ and/or Rust. Strong programmers in adjacent systems languages will be considered if other qualifications are met. Networking Software: Experience building software that interacts with networking devices, managed networks, and common router or switch hardware. API/ICD Design: Experience designing and implementing software APIs and ICDs, including work with HTTP, REST, and gRPC. Data Transport: Solid understanding of low-level data transport layers, including UDP and TCP. Hardware Interfacing: Experience writing code that interfaces with hardware (embedded devices, sensors, or payload electronics). Systems-Level Thinking: Ability to navigate and contribute to complex systems and established codebases. Real-World Impact: Passion for building software that directly influences mission-critical outcomes. Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel up to 50% to test and deploy systems. Global Operations: Experience working with international suppliers and customers in the EMEA region. Security Clearance: Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance. Preferred Qualifications Stores Management Systems: Direct experience with stores management systems (SMS) or related munitions/payload release systems in aerospace or defense platforms. Aerospace/Defense Background: Familiarity with aerospace integration standards, vehicle bus protocols (e.g., MIL-STD-1553, ARINC), or DO-178/DO-254 development practices. Distributed Systems: Experience designing fault-tolerant distributed systems and message-passing frameworks for multi-node coordination. Embedded & Real-Time Systems: Experience with embedded Linux, RTOS, or bare-metal development on resource-constrained hardware. Programming Skills: Additional experience with Python, Go, or scripting for tooling and test automation. Performance Optimization: Familiarity with profiling and optimizing networked and hardware-interfacing software. Partner Manager - Reseller

Sydney, New South Wales, Australia

Since we opened our doors in 2009, the world of commerce has evolved immensely, and so has Square. After enabling anyone to take payments and never miss a sale, we saw sellers stymied by disparate, outmoded products and tools that wouldn’t work together. So we expanded into software and started building integrated, omnichannel solutions – to help sellers sell online, manage inventory, offer buy now, pay later functionality, book appointments, engage loyal buyers, and hire and pay staff. Product Builder

Sydney, New South Wales, Australia

About eToro Australia and Spaceship eToro is a global investing platform on a mission to make investing more accessible, social, and engaging. With Spaceship now part of the eToro Group, we're bringing together a global platform and a loved Australian wealth brand to build the next generation of digital investing experiences across Spaceship Voyager, Spaceship Super, and Spaceship US Investing. We're an AI-first company. We believe AI fundamentally changes how great products get built - helping teams move faster, ship better, and reduce friction for customers. About the role This isn't a traditional Product Manager role. We're looking for a Product Builder: someone with strong product judgement, technical capability, customer empathy and commercial thinking who can also roll up their sleeves and help build the thing. You might be an engineer who's grown into product, a PM or designer with real technical chops or a founder/operator who's worn multiple hats. What matters is taking an ambiguous problem, shaping a solution, aligning stakeholders, and seeing it through to delivery - using AI tools, prototyping, code, and modern workflows rather than just writing requirements and handing off. High ownership. High visibility. The chance to help define what modern product building looks like in a fast-moving fintech. What you'll work on Digital customer experiences, growth, product integration and operational improvements spanning onboarding, investing and trading journeys, money movement, cross-platform experiences, engagement and retention, and AI-assisted product work. You'll own projects end-to-end: problem discovery, solution design, stakeholder alignment, build, delivery, measurement, and iteration. What you'll do · Own product initiatives from idea to delivery: problem framing, business case, solution design, execution, and success metrics · Work closely with Engineering, Design, Risk & Compliance, Operations, Marketing, and Customer Support · Use AI tools (Claude, Cursor, Base44, Figma Make and similar) to prototype rapidly and accelerate delivery · Build or contribute to prototypes, proofs-of-concept, and production-ready improvements · Turn ambiguous problems into clear direction, user flows, and delivery artefacts · Balance customer needs, commercial priorities, technical complexity, and regulatory obligations · Communicate with senior stakeholders and build genuine alignment across teams What success looks like You turn a customer or business problem into a shipped improvement - moving between strategy, technical detail, and execution without losing momentum. Engineers trust you because you understand how software gets built; stakeholders trust you because you understand the customer, the business, and the commercial outcome. You use AI and modern tooling to ship faster and better, with less hand-off and more ownership. Why this role is exciting · Help shape the next generation of investing experiences across eToro Australia and Spaceship · Work across a multi-product ecosystem spanning investing, superannuation, and trading · Real ownership of meaningful customer and business outcomes in a lean team where initiative and judgement matter more than hierarchy · Access to modern AI tools and workflows in a company actively rethinking how product, design, and engineering work together What we're looking for You're likely one of: · An engineer with strong product instincts, ready to move closer to product ownership · A PM with genuine technical capability and hands-on build or prototyping experience · A product designer who codes and can take ideas through to execution · A founder or product engineer who's operated across product, design, engineering, and commercial decisions You'll bring: · Strong technical capability, ideally front-end or full-stack · Experience with React, React Native, TypeScript, JavaScript or similar · Comfort with APIs, product architecture, and data flows · Strong product judgement and the ability to make sensible trade-offs · The ability to structure ambiguity, explore options, and drive delivery · Strong communication and stakeholder management · A practical, hands-on mindset and fluency with AI tools · Experience delivering customer-facing digital products Highly regarded: · Fintech, investing, trading, superannuation, banking or another regulated industry · Mobile app experience · Experience as a founder, early-stage operator or technical PM · Background in growth, onboarding, activation or retention We're not looking for someone who just manages a backlog. We're looking for someone who thinks like a product manager, communicates like a business owner, cares like a customer advocate, and builds like a modern digital product maker . You don't need the exact title before — just curiosity, technical strength, commercial awareness, and excitement about building things customers actually use. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you. Benefits: Competitive salary and bonus Additional leave allowance Emphasis on a healthy work/life balance Hybrid working model This role will be based in our Sydney office, and candidates must have full working rights in Australia.
