About the Role As a Payroll & Benefits Analyst, you are responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and compliant payroll and benefits execution across Malaysia and selected overseas entities. This is a high-precision, high-trust role. You will own end-to-end payroll processing, statutory compliance, vendor coordination, and payroll controls—ensuring employees are paid correctly and on time, every cycle, without exception. You will work closely with People Ops, HRBPs, Finance, and external vendors as BJAK continues to scale across markets.
