Senior Product Marketing Manager (GPU Infrastructure)

Why Cast AI? Cast AI is an automation platform that operates cloud-native and AI infrastructure at scale. By embedding autonomous decision-making directly into Kubernetes and cloud environments, Cast AI continuously optimizes performance, reliability, and efficiency in production. The old way doesn't work. As Kubernetes and AI environments grow, manual decisions don’t. Cast AI replaces tickets, alerts, and manual tuning with continuous automation that adapts infrastructure as conditions change. Efficiency and cost savings follow naturally from that automation. Over 2,100 companies already rely on Cast AI, including Akamai, BMW, Cisco, FICO, HuggingFace, NielsenIQ, Swisscom, and TGS. Global team, diverse perspectives We're headquartered in Miami, but our impact is international. We take a global and intentional approach to diversity. Today, Cast AI operates across 34 countries spanning Europe, North America, Latin America, and APAC, bringing a wide range of perspectives into how we build and lead. Unicorn momentum In January 2026, we achieved unicorn status with a strategic investment from Pacific Alliance Ventures, the corporate venture arm of Shinsegae Group (a $50+ billion Korean conglomerate). Our valuation now exceeds $1 billion, and we're just getting started. Join us as we build the future of autonomous infrastructure. About the role OMNI is one of Cast AI's newest products. It finds and connects fragmented GPU capacity across clouds, regions, and data centers, and attaches it directly to your Kubernetes clusters, so an AI workload can actually run on it. You will have direct access to early customers, Product, Engineering, and company leadership, with the mandate to turn market evidence into the initial GTM playbook for the business. This is a hands-on, research-heavy role, and a different kind of PMM job than owning a mature product line. You'll spend real time talking to early customers yourself, running tests on what messaging and channels actually work, and building ICP and positioning from scratch rather than refining something that already exists. We operate automation-first and market-obsessed, so you're expected to treat every test and every customer conversation as an input, not a formality. You'll report to the Director of Product Marketing and work closely with Product and Engineering leadership, with support from Content, Growth, Design, and Sales Enablement as this work scales. What success looks like in 180 days A validated ICP and buyer persona, tested against real prospects, not just the initial hypothesis. Positioning and messaging tested and refined through real conversations, with a clear read on what resonates with infra buyers versus AI/ML teams. A defined evaluation or onboarding motion for new customers, even if still high-touch rather than self-serve. Consistent, quantified proof points from early customers or design partners. A working read on the competitive landscape and where OMNI's differentiation actually lands with prospects. Requirements: 5+ years of product marketing experience in a technical B2B category, with demonstrated depth in at least one relevant market. Real experience building an ICP and messaging architecture from scratch, for a product where the buying motion hasn't been fully validated yet. Demonstrated ability to build credibility with technical practitioners and executive buyers. Track record of running customer interviews and extracting patterns to refine positioning. Excellent writing, backed by relevant work samples: positioning, launch content, sales narratives. Experience designing GTM experiments and changing direction based on results. Basic data literacy, including defining success criteria and reading funnel or adoption data. Experience with win/loss research and competitive deal support. Commercial judgment around pricing, packaging, and willingness to pay, even where Product owns the final call. Fluent English, written and spoken. What would make you stand out Background in cloud infrastructure, AI infrastructure, GPU or compute platforms, DevOps, observability, or developer tools Experience operating successfully in an early-stage or ambiguous product environment. Evidence that AI meaningfully improved a PMM outcome, speed, quality, reuse, or measurement. Responsibilities : Run deep, direct customer research to define and validate OMNI's ICP. Own positioning and messaging, and keep it consistent as new features ship. Own the commercial hypothesis, audience, message, positioning, and experiment design for GTM tests across trial flow, content, and channels. Growth, Product, and Demand Gen help execute the experiments and measure results. Translate the technical differentiation behind OMNI into a value story its technical buyers recognize as true. Manage feature launches end to end, from early positioning through GA. Build the first version of sales enablement assets, battlecards, proof points, and demo narrative, since the product doesn't have a mature sales motion yet. Maintain the feedback loop from customer and market signal back into roadmap input. Track the competitive landscape and share what's changing with product and leadership. Partner directly with Engineering to keep messaging accurate as fast-moving features evolve. Build and maintain AI-assisted workflows that make this function faster, more consistent, or easier to measure. What’s in it for you? Competitive salary (depending on the level of experience). Enjoy a flexible, remote-first global environment. Collaborate with a global team of cloud experts and innovators, passionate about pushing the boundaries of Kubernetes technology. Equity options. Get quick feedback with a fast-paced workflow. Most feature projects are completed in 1 to 4 weeks. Spend 10% of your work time on personal projects or self-improvement. Learning budget for professional and personal development - including access to international conferences and courses that elevate your skills. Team-building budget and company events to connect with your colleagues. Equipment budget to ensure you have everything you need. Extra days off to help maintain a healthy work-life balance. Hiring process Screening call with a Recruiter. Interview with the Hiring Manager. Interview with OMNI leader. Practical exercise. Sales/GTM interview. Culture Check interview with an executive. *As part of our standard hiring process, we would like to inform you that a background check may be conducted at the final stage of recruitment through our third-party provider, Checkr. *Please note that Cast AI does not provide any form of visa sponsorship/work permit. #LI-Remote

Head of Strategic Business Development

San Francisco, California, United States · London, England, United Kingdom · New York, New York, United States

$275k-$300k / year

Why Cast AI? Cast AI is the leading Application Performance Automation (APA®) platform, helping organizations automate cloud operations at scale. By embedding autonomous decision-making directly into Kubernetes and AI infrastructure, Cast AI continuously optimizes performance, reliability, and efficiency - eliminating the need for manual infrastructure management. More than 2,100 organizations, including Akamai, BMW, Cisco, FICO, Hugging Face, NielsenIQ, Swisscom, and TGS, trust Cast AI to power their cloud infrastructure. We're a global company operating across 34 countries, backed by world-class investors, and in 2026 became a unicorn. We're building the future of autonomous cloud operations - and we're looking for exceptional people who want to help shape what's next. About the role Some of Cast AI's most important growth opportunities will not emerge from existing functions or traditional go-to-market motions. They will come through strategic partnerships, new business models, and executive relationships that cut across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and executive leadership. These opportunities often begin as an executive relationship or promising idea but lack a clear owner, business proposition, and execution plan. As Head of Strategic Business Development, you will close that gap by identifying and prioritizing a focused portfolio of high-potential strategic opportunities, developing senior external relationships, turning ideas into compelling commercial propositions, negotiating and launching new initiatives, and transitioning validated programs to their long-term operating owners. You will own each opportunity from initial development through commercial definition and early execution. Once a program has a validated proposition, clear economics, a repeatable operating model, and a long-term owner, responsibility should transfer rather than remain permanently with you. This is not a day-to-day partner management role, a BDR or pipeline generation role, a corporate development or M&A position, or a Chief of Staff role. It is a hands-on business-building role with meaningful external accountability. Success will be measured by the strategic and economic value you create—not the number of meetings, introductions, signed memoranda, or partnership announcements. What you'll do Represent Cast AI leadership at selected industry conferences, executive forums, partner meetings, and other strategic external engagements. Establish relationships with senior business, product, and technology executives across the cloud and AI ecosystem. Identify opportunities that expand Cast AI's market access, strengthen its product position, create new routes to market, or unlock new revenue potential. Translate initial conversations into clear customer propositions, commercial models, and strategic business cases. Evaluate opportunities based on strategic fit, customer value, economic potential, technical feasibility, required investment, time to impact, and probability of execution. Lead the strategic business development process through agreement, coordinating with Legal, Finance, Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships. Incubate new strategic programs by building cross-functional launch plans, coordinating product integrations, joint solution development, pilots, co-selling initiatives, and market activation. Resolve cross-functional barriers, maintain momentum through the ambiguous early stages, and assess whether initiatives are creating sufficient customer and economic value to justify further investment. Transition validated programs to permanent operating owners by documenting the proposition, economics, operating model, governance, and key external relationships. What we're looking for Approximately 10-15+ years of experience in Strategic Business Development, Partnerships, Alliances, Enterprise Technology, or an adjacent commercial leadership role. Meaningful experience in cloud infrastructure, AI, developer tools, enterprise software, or another technically sophisticated B2B ecosystem. Demonstrated success originating, structuring, negotiating, launching - and where appropriate, ending - strategic relationships. Experience working directly with C-suite, product, technology, and commercial executives. Strong commercial judgment, including business-case development and partnership economics. Sufficient technical fluency to engage credibly with Product and Engineering leaders. Experience aligning multiple internal functions and external counterparties within a high-growth environment. The ability to independently perform the analysis, relationship development, negotiation, and program-building work without relying on a large team. Executive presence with the credibility to represent Cast AI independently in high-stakes external settings. Willingness to travel globally (approximately 30–50%). Particularly attractive backgrounds include senior partner-development or alliances roles at a hyperscaler, strategic business development roles at AI or AI infrastructure companies, or comparable roles within high-growth infrastructure software businesses. Experience at both a large technology platform and a growth-stage company is especially valuable. What's in it for you? Build one of the most strategic roles at one of the fastest-growing infrastructure software companies in the world. Work directly with Cast AI's executive leadership on high-impact initiatives that shape the company's future. Build relationships with some of the most influential organizations across the global cloud and AI ecosystem. Flexible, remote-first global working environment. 401(k) retirement plan with 100% company match on employee contributions up to 6% of pay (available after three months of employment). UnitedHealthcare medical, dental, and vision coverage (US employees). Learning budget to support your professional and personal growth. Team-building budget and regular company events. Equipment budget to ensure you have everything you need to succeed. Competitive salary (Expected OTE: $275,000 - 300,000 USD + meaningful equity) Hiring process Screening call with a Recruiter Hiring Manager interview One to two additional interviews based on the role Culture Check interview with a Cast AI executive *As part of our standard hiring process, a background check may be conducted at the final stage of recruitment through our third-party provider, Checkr. *Please note that Cast AI does not provide visa sponsorship or work permit support for this role.

About the role This is a ground-floor build, not a maintenance job. The foundation is real - a defined partner tiering model, a growing partner base, and two Partner Managers already running the MSP and VAR tiers day-to-day. What's missing is the person who turns that foundation into a repeatable, scaling engine: recruiting and activating the partners that actually move revenue, standing up the GSI motion from scratch, and making partner-sourced pipeline a forecastable line in Cast AI's growth. You'll manage and grow the PAM team, but you'll also carry your own strategic relationships - particularly at the GSI level - and be the person the Director of Partnerships and sales leadership turn to for how the channel is performing and where it's headed. As Cast AI scales past unicorn status, this is a genuine build-and-own mandate, not an inherited process to maintain. Requirements: Track record building or scaling a multi-tier partner programme (MSP, VAR, GSI, or similar) at a high-growth SaaS or cloud infrastructure company Direct experience with GSIs - you know how to structure and activate a relationship with a systems integrator, not just a reseller Proven experience managing a team of PAMs or a channel team - hiring, coaching, and performance-managing multiple direct reports, with the judgment to know when to let them run and when to get involved Excellent executive presence - able to represent Cast AI credibly with senior partner stakeholders and with internal sales/exec leadership Comfortable selling to and through DevOps, Platform Engineering, and FinOps personas; working familiarity with AWS, GCP, and Azure Hands-on with the mechanics of a channel programme: deal registration, joint account planning, QBRs, co-sell motions, partner incentives Background at a digital-native company, startup, or ISV preferred - someone who has scaled a channel function before, not just inherited one This role requires the candidate to be based in the U.S. Eastern or Central time zone to support close collaboration with our international teams. What You'll Own : You'll have full ownership of the Cast AI Channel Program - strategy, structure, and results. The GSI motion, built from the ground up - recruitment, executive relationship-building, and joint go-to-market planning with systems integrators A scaled strategy for MSPs and Cloud Consultants that turns the tier into its own revenue stream The PAM team, managed directly across territories, with room to hire and develop as the function grows Recruitment, onboarding, and activation across all three tiers, with direct focus on the top strategic MSP and VAR targets The operating cadence across the programme - QBRs, joint account planning, partner advisory input Program infrastructure - tiering criteria, incentive structures, deal registration process, enablement and certification content Cross-functional alignment with Sales, SEs, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Legal to keep channel strategy tied to company priorities What’s in it for you? Join a fast-growing company at the forefront of cloud-native automation and Kubernetes technology. Enjoy a flexible, remote-first global environment. 401(k) retirement plan 100% company match on employee contributions up to 6% of pay (available after 3 months of employment). Access UnitedHealthcare plans including medical, dental, and vision coverage. Equity options. Learning budget for your professional and personal growth. Team-building budget and company events to connect with your colleagues. Equipment budget to ensure you have everything you need. Competitive salary (Expected OTE: $250,000 – 300,000 USD + meaningful equity) Hiring process Screening call with Recruiter Hiring Manager interview 1-2 additional interviews based on the role Culture Check interview with an executive *As part of our standard hiring process, we would like to inform you that a background check may be conducted at the final stage of recruitment through our third-party provider, Checkr. *Please note that Cast AI does not provide any form of visa sponsorship/work permit. #LI-Remote

Founding Account Executive, Database Optimization (DBO)

$50k-$100k / year

About the role Cast AI Database Optimizer (DBO) helps organizations improve database performance while reducing infrastructure cost and operational effort. It combines autonomous query caching, connection pooling, AI-driven query rewriting, and automated performance tuning for PostgreSQL and MySQL environments. Instead of stopping at recommendations that engineering teams must implement themselves, DBO takes tuning actions automatically. It works with self-hosted, cloud-hosted, and managed databases and does not require application code changes. We are hiring a Founding Account Executive to develop and close new business for DBO as we turn early customer validation into a repeatable commercial motion. You will own the complete sales cycle: creating and converting pipeline, leading technical discovery and standard product demonstrations, coordinating proofs of concept, building the business case, and negotiating and closing new customers. This is a hands-on individual-contributor role with unusual influence. You will work directly with Cast AI's founders and DBO Product and Engineering leaders to refine our ideal customer profile, sharpen our positioning, and turn customer learning into a scalable sales playbook. As the team grows, there will be opportunities to take on broader scope and help shape how the commercial organization develops. Our primary focus is net-new customer acquisition in North America. The target market includes upper mid-market and emerging-enterprise organizations with meaningful database scale, as well as fast-growing cloud-native companies that offer faster adoption and land-and-expand potential. You will be supported by product marketing, inbound demand generation, and AI-assisted lead nurture. Cast AI will also bring the right Product and Engineering resources into discovery and qualified proofs of concept, giving you strong technical support while you remain accountable for the customer relationship and commercial process. Success will be measured through new annual recurring revenue, net-new customers, qualified pipeline, referenceable wins, forecast quality, and evidence that the DBO sales motion is becoming repeatable. Requirements: Five or more years of quota-carrying B2B technology sales experience, including enterprise or upper mid-market customers. A consistent record of meeting or exceeding new-business targets and winning net-new logos. Experience selling database, DBaaS, caching, data infrastructure, database observability, or application-performance solutions to technical organizations. Adjacent infrastructure experience may qualify when it includes repeated sales to DBAs or database-owning engineering teams. Working knowledge of PostgreSQL or MySQL and familiarity with concepts such as query performance, query optimization, caching, connection pooling, read replicas, and automated database tuning. Experience leading initial technical discovery and standard product demonstrations, with good judgment about when to involve Product or Engineering specialists. Ability to explore a customer's architecture, connect technical pain to business value, and recognize when Product or Engineering should join a deeper discussion. Experience running time-bound technical evaluations or proofs of concept in partnership with customer and engineering teams. Ability to create pipeline through focused outbound activity in addition to converting company-generated demand. Experience navigating multi-threaded sales involving DBAs, engineers, engineering leadership, security, procurement, and executive buyers. Strong qualification, pipeline management, and forecasting discipline. Comfort operating without a mature playbook and a demonstrated bias toward action, ownership, and learning. Clear written and verbal communication skills. Ability to travel up to 25% for customer meetings, industry events, and periodic collaboration with our European Product and Engineering teams. Nice to have: Experience at a database platform, DBaaS, caching, database-performance, or observability company. A record of closing initial lands in the $50,000-$100,000 ARR range and expanding them over time. Experience building an early sales motion for a new product or category. Strong technical fluency in relational databases and cloud infrastructure without losing focus on business outcomes. Experience selling effectively in a 60-90-day evaluation cycle that includes a proof of concept. Experience using customer and deal evidence to influence product strategy, messaging, and go-to-market execution. Responsibilities : Own the full DBO sales cycle, from targeted prospecting and sales-ready inbound opportunities through discovery, demonstration, proof of concept, negotiation, and close. Build a meaningful portion of your pipeline through focused outbound activity while converting demand created through organic search, paid programs, events, partnerships, and AI-assisted nurture. Lead credible discovery with DBAs, application and platform engineers, FinOps teams, and engineering leaders to understand database cost, latency, scale, reliability, and operational challenges. Deliver standard DBO product demonstrations independently and explain how autonomous caching, connection pooling, AI-driven query rewriting, and automated tuning apply to a customer's environment. Define a clear value hypothesis, entry criteria, measurable success criteria, and mutual action plan before beginning a proof of concept. Partner with Product and Engineering throughout discovery and qualified proofs of concept, bringing the right technical expertise into architecture, security, compatibility, and performance discussions. Translate technical findings into quantified business cases for engineering leaders and executive buyers. Develop champions and multi-thread relationships across technical, economic, security, procurement, and executive stakeholders. Maintain disciplined opportunity qualification, pipeline management, and forecasting, and provide clear commercial insights to leadership. Capture customer feedback, objections, competitive patterns, and win/loss insights to improve the product, positioning, and sales playbook. Represent Cast AI at selected database, cloud-native, and infrastructure conferences and customer events. Use AI-powered workflows to improve account research, preparation, follow-up, pipeline analysis, and selling effectiveness. What’s in it for you? Ground-floor ownership of a new product line's go-to-market motion, with direct access to Cast AI's founders and product leaders. The opportunity to influence how the DBO commercial team and sales playbook develop as the business grows. Join a fast-growing unicorn at the forefront of cloud-native and database automation. Staff Applied Scientist, Search & Discovery

Material Bank is the world’s largest material marketplace for the architecture and design industry. Operating in 37 countries, our platform has become the standard for design professionals around the globe. Every day, Material Bank connects thousands of designers with tens of thousands of materials from leading brands. Material Bank is the fastest and most powerful way for design professionals to search, sample, and specify materials. Material Bank is seeking a Staff Applied Scientist to drive building search and recommendations from the ground up. We are the largest marketplace for architecture and design professionals, and we are building a discovery platform that helps them find materials across hundreds of brands and surfaces intelligent recommendations as they explore. Search and recommendations are how that discovery happens. The surface is wide open, the right techniques for our domain are still unsettled, and the person in this role is the one who figures them out and builds them. This is a hands-on research role. You will not hand formulas to an engineering team and walk away. You will explore the data, form the hypothesis, prototype the approach, and prove it works, then partner with engineering to take it to production. What you'll do Improve search retrieval and ranking. Design, tune, and evaluate how we retrieve and rank search results so members find what they need and discover what they did not know to ask for. Bring real depth on ranking. Build our recommendation systems from the ground up. Intelligent recommendations are central to the discovery experience we are building. Design robust recommendation algorithms, model member and project intent, and figure out what to surface, when, and where across the experience. Explore the data to find the strategy. Run exploratory analysis on behavioral and catalog data to figure out which approaches fit our members and our catalog. The answers are not known yet; a large part of this job is asking the right questions and finding them in the data. Apply advanced query understanding. Improve query parsing, intent recognition, and semantic understanding for diverse, messy real-world queries, including the long tail. Raise data quality. Search and recommendation quality is downstream of catalog quality. Identify the data problems that hold relevance back and help fix them. Do R&D you can ship. Invent the formulas, models, and re-ranking approaches and build working versions yourself. Iterate and reformulate quickly, then collaborate with engineering to productionize what proves out. Iterate visual and color approaches. Evaluate image-based search and color matching, including perceptual color, and decide what is right for us. Measure what matters. Build and extend evaluation frameworks and success metrics so we know whether a change actually helped, and design experiments as traffic grows. Collaborate across functions. Work closely with product, engineering, and catalog to turn research into shipped improvements. What you'll need A track record building search, recommendations, or ranking systems that shipped to real users and moved the numbers. You have done this work before, not just studied it. An advanced degree in a quantitative field such as computer science, machine learning, statistics, or applied math, or equivalent hands-on experience that got you to the same place. Deep understanding of search and recommendation systems , especially retrieval, ranking, and relevance. This is the core of the role. Strong query understanding and NLP , including semantic and embedding-based retrieval. Real exploratory and experimental rigor : statistical modeling, experimental design, and hypothesis testing, plus comfort working in ambiguity where the right approach is not yet known. Hands-on building ability. You prototype and implement your own ideas. We do not care which language you are strongest in. Some experience deploying ML or data systems to production, or partnering closely on it. Nice to have Experience with multimodal or image-based search, and with color or perceptual science. E-commerce or marketplace search and recommendations experience. Experience managing vendor and home-grown systems in conjunction with one another. Why this role is unusual and exciting Most search science roles plug into a mature stack with the strategy already decided. This one does not. You set the approach, build it, and prove it, with a clear runway toward owning more of the search and recommendations system over time. If you want the surface area of a founding scientist for a search function inside an established, well-funded company, this is that. What you’ll get from us: Our people : We are a growth-driven team that values efficiency, builds smart automation, operates in small empowered teams, and moves quickly from idea to execution. Relaxation and Celebrations : Flexible PTO, Sick Days, Paid National Holidays, and even more (ask us about this when we connect). Health Benefits : We contribute to your medical, dental, vision and short-term/long-term disability plans and have a strong employee assistance program. Plan for your Retirement : 401(k) eligible after your first 90 day's employed! Giving Back : We sponsor multiple events throughout the year to help out our communities. Growth : We’ll help you take your career to the next level. We want you to be creative and take initiative which will allow you to grow and create within the company. Most importantly, be the best at what matters! Flexible Work Schedules : With business units and employees across the globe, Material Technologies has embraced a hybrid working model allowing department leaders to decide on the best approach for their respective teams, whether that be remote, in person, or a little of both. Material Bank is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We value diversity, and all applicants will be considered for employment without attention to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, national origin, veteran or disability status or other status protected under any applicable federal, state or local law.

We're looking for a Head of Enterprise & Field Marketing to lead and scale our global field marketing organization, own account-based marketing for our largest and most strategic accounts, drive alliances and partner marketing in service of enterprise growth and regional strength; and oversee our strategic events strategy and programs. This is a senior leadership role responsible for the strategy, team, and execution to drive high-quality pipeline and conversion for Diligent’s AI-powered GRC platform in all regions, and design programs that turns enterprise pipeline into revenue through a full-funnel approach, including integrated regional campaigns; 1:1/1:few ABM for named global accounts; bespoke strategic events that offer cut-through experiences for prospects and customers; and leveraging co-marketing of alliances and partnerships for net-new pipeline and brand expansion. You would be joining Diligent at an exciting moment in the company’s history, as they unleash their new AI-powered GRC platform to help General Counsels, Chief Compliance Officers, Audit and Risk Leaders. This is the result of nearly three years of intense development of agentic workflows inside the Diligent platform, as well as MCP/plug-in access to Diligent offerings - providing a robust, differentiated experience for clients who need solutions that accelerate and action critical business objectives, not just static reporting. Working closely with Sales and the broader GTM organization, you will lead an established, multi-region field marketing team and be responsible for evolving it from regional execution into a more specialized, account-centric growth engine — tightly aligned with enterprise sales leadership, customer success, global events, and partner teams. You'll own the budget, the roadmap, and the relationship with sales as the primary marketing partner for our highest-value opportunities. You will have the opportunity to refine and optimize our Account-Based Marketing global strategy with a focus on net-new and expansion opportunities, in partnership with Sales, the Head of Integrated Marketing, and other partners. Leadership for alliances/partner marketing supports both Field and ABM goals in addition to new channels for pipeline growth. Expanding our strength in Strategic Events across owned, third-party, analyst events and other catalyzing opportunities allows for true ownership over the levers that drive growth, with strong partnership from the Sales team. You will be a member of the Marketing Leadership Team with direct access to Diligent C-suite. What You'll Do Regional Strategy & Leadership Define and own the global enterprise field marketing and ABM strategy, aligned to company pipeline and bookings targets. Lead, develop, and grow a distributed team of regional field marketers and ABM practitioners across AMER, EMEA, and APAC. Evolve the team's operating model to emphasize mid- to bottom- of-funnel marketing — clearer specialization between regional field execution and strategic account programs, with defined planning and processes that leverage global initiatives and campaigns for local scale. Partner with Product, Brand and Analytics partners to understand and action competitive dynamics in messaging and channel selection for campaigns. In partnership with brand and integrated marketing, ensure global top of funnel coverage for awareness and consideration in regions including brand campaigns, paid media, AEO/SEO and PLG. Multi-thread opportunities across regional buyers for “land and expand” motions. Run regional plays in partnership with the Sales team and marketing partners (eg Competitive Takeouts, Quarterly Themes, Promotions/Offers). Deliver updated Diligent story around AI and platform expansion and competitive positioning to drive engagement and pipeline progression for opportunities. Partner closely with Product and PMM to understand and integrate product nuances into field marketing messaging and outbound efforts. Develop rich insights into personas by region to create more resonant local strategies. Act as the primary marketing partner to enterprise sales leadership; represent field/ABM in monthly operating reviews (MORs), pipeline reviews, and annual planning. Global ABM Build and run 1:1 and 1:few ABM programs for named strategic accounts, in tight partnership with enterprise sales, Marketing/Sales Ops and BU leadership, including account selection and planning on an ongoing, iterative basis leveraging account signals, strategic fit and sales input. Establish shared account plans and success metrics. Infuse competitive messaging in partnership with Product, Brand and Analytics using sales intelligence to inform messaging to target accounts. Own end to end ABM components including paid media; event strategy in partnership with global events and regional teams; tailored thought leadership and market insights; product previews and access in conjunction with Product/PMM; executive engagement, and deal-acceleration campaigns. Oversee the ABM technology stack, including relaunching 6sense and its integration with CRM and marketing automation. Strategic Events & Industry Leadership Own the global events strategy and roadmap that positions Diligent as a category leader; balance owned events, third-party events and sponsorships (industry analyst events, trade shows, bolt-on events), and emerging platforms for maximum pipeline and brand impact. Connect regional activations and strategic events for maximum impact, given purview over both. With Strategic Events lead, design bespoke, high-impact experiences for prospects and customers that drive differentiated engagement and deal acceleration — moving beyond transactional networking to curated, cut-through events that showcase Diligent’s AI innovation and platform vision. Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure events are tightly aligned to pipeline opportunities and account strategies; measure and optimize events against pipeline influence and customer ROI metrics. Manage events planning strategy with regional teams to ensure local market resonance while maintaining global brand consistency and strategic alignment; identify and activate key speaking opportunities and thought leadership platforms. Oversee the global events budget with accountability for pipeline contribution and cost-per-engagement by region and event type. Alliances & Partner Marketing Develop and execute a comprehensive alliances and channel partner marketing strategy that expands Diligent’s reach into new markets and customer segments through system integrators, technology partners, and related channels. Build co-marketing playbooks and campaigns with strategic partners that generate net-new pipeline and drive mutual brand expansion; own partner program marketing collateral, enablement, and lead-sharing agreements. Partner closely with Sales and BD leadership to identify high-impact partnerships and ensure marketing support accelerates partner adoption and revenue contribution. Create dedicated partner event experiences, co-branded campaigns, and joint thought leadership initiatives that position Diligent as the preferred platform within partner ecosystems. What We're Looking For 12+ years in B2B/SaaS marketing, including 5+ years leading field marketing and/or ABM teams in a high-growth, multi-region environment. Demonstrated experience building or scaling a true 1:1 ABM program for enterprise/strategic accounts. Deep comfort operating at the executive level with enterprise sales leadership; strong influence and cross-functional collaboration skills. Fluency in enterprise pipeline metrics, forecasting, and long, complex sales cycles. Command over ABM/intent platforms, CRM (Salesforce), and marketing automation; strong command of attribution/lead sourcing for the purpose of understanding what is working in market, and program ROI. Preferred experience in a fast-moving $500MB+ ARR SaaS company. Preferred background partnering with alliance partners and/or channel/system integrator ecosystems. Experience standing up or maturing an account-tiering or account-planning framework with sales and Marketing/Sales Ops. BA in related field.
