The Opportunity

We're looking for experienced Software Engineers to join our Melbourne engineering team.

You'll work alongside talented engineers, product managers and designers to build cloud-native applications, develop new AI-powered capabilities, and deliver software used by customers around the world.

This is a hands-on engineering role where you'll contribute across the full software development lifecycle, from design and architecture through to implementation, testing and deployment.

What You'll Be Doing

As part of one of our cross-functional engineering squads, you'll:

  • Design and build scalable cloud-native applications

  • Develop modern web applications using React and TypeScript

  • Build backend services using C# .NET and/or Go

  • Design and consume RESTful APIs

  • Work closely with Product and Design to deliver new features

  • Contribute to architecture and engineering discussions

  • Improve system performance, reliability and security

  • Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code

  • Continuously improve our engineering practices and tooling

What You'll Bring

You'll have experience in several of the following:

  • Commercial software engineering experience

  • React and TypeScript

  • C# .NET and/or Go

  • Kubernetes and modern cloud platforms

  • REST API design and development

  • Node.js or other backend technologies

  • Automated testing and CI/CD practices

  • Agile software development

  • Software architecture and design patterns

Bonus points if you've worked with Ruby or other programming languages.

A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related discipline is welcomed but not essential if you have equivalent industry experience.
