Want a quick hack to find jobs on LinkedIn within the last HOUR? Because here's the problem with waiting for LinkedIn job alerts: By the time you see the job, it may already have 100+ applicants. So if you're actively job searching, here's a little trick to find fresher postings: 1️⃣ Search for jobs on LinkedIn. 2️⃣ Under Date Posted, select Past 24 hours. 3️⃣ Look at the URL in your browser and find: f_TPR=r86400 4️⃣ Change 86400 (24 hours in seconds) to 3600 (1 hour). 5️⃣ Hit enter. Boom. You're now searching for much newer job postings that are roughly within the last hour. Here's why I like this: The fresher the posting, the more opportunity you have to get your application in early. I'm not saying you should blindly apply to every job the second it hits LinkedIn. What I'm saying is: 👉 Find the right roles earlier. 👉 Make sure you're qualified. 👉 Tailor your resume quickly. 👉 Apply while the posting is still fresh. Because if a job is a great fit, I don't want my clients sitting on it for three days. I want them getting in the door while the opportunity is still new. Save this hack for your next job search.
