A growing product-led consumer goods business in the active nutrition and health-focused FMCG space is looking for a Packaging Technologist to take ownership of packaging across a varied product portfolio. 📍 Colchester | Hybrid | Within commuting distance This is a strong opportunity for someone who wants to influence packaging performance, cost, quality, compliance and sustainability across flexible, rigid and corrugated packaging formats. The focus is technical packaging development across packaging materials, specifications, supplier collaboration, testing, compliance and recyclability. You'll be involved in: ✅ Packaging development and material innovation ✅ Supplier collaboration and new technology evaluation ✅ Packaging testing, filling and line trials ✅ Packaging specs, compliance, waste data and recyclability improvements The role is suited to someone with hands-on packaging technologist or packaging development experience, ideally in consumer goods, with strong project management and problem-solving skills.
