You will be the site Subject Matter Expert for all controls systems, maintenance engineering, sensors, PLCs, communication protocols, and automation. You will work with facilities and maintenance teams to maintain and repair conveyance, automation, and facilities equipment to support operations uptime and improve system reliability. You will mentor maintenance personnel, lead root cause analysis of downtime events, and partner with engineering on commissioning new controls systems.

You will lead the technical maintenance team in a two-shift operation at a new production site, ensuring reliable operation and continuous improvement of production equipment and technical systems. You will coordinate preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with production, quality, and external service providers to maintain operational efficiency and safety standards.

You will present HelloFresh products to customers through face-to-face sales presentations using unique sales technology, work towards weekly and monthly sales targets, and participate in ongoing training as part of a dynamic team.
