You will serve as the senior-most technical authority for flagship customers, shaping long-term technology strategy including enterprise automation, integration, and AI-driven architectures on the Workato platform. You'll influence multi-year roadmaps and executive decision-making to ensure customers realize sustained business value at scale. This role blends deep consulting expertise, enterprise architecture leadership, and fluency in emerging technologies to guide complex transformation initiatives.

You will enable clients to become proficient on Workato's Agentic Platform, empowering their employees and building AI Agent solutions for their business. You'll collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs, conduct discovery sessions, and translate requirements into scalable EDI solutions. Additionally, you'll deliver product demonstrations, lead technical responses to RFPs, and act as the primary technical liaison between customers and internal teams.
