Mainspring Energy

You will manage and mentor a team of engineers responsible for modeling, simulation, and control of a next-generation energy system's dynamics. Your technical leadership will drive a strategy that prioritizes model-based design and high-fidelity simulation to ensure robust performance before algorithms reach hardware.

You will lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Environmental, Health and Safety programs across the site. Acting as a subject matter expert, you will manage complex EHS initiatives, analyze safety data to drive improvements, and lead regulatory inspections and compliance activities. This role involves collaborating cross-functionally with operations, engineering, and leadership to promote a proactive safety culture.
