You will provide safety, security, and customer service to guests, tenants, and employees at L.A. LIVE, The GRAMMY Museum, and the South Park Business/Community Benefit District. Your duties include patrolling the campus on foot, bicycle, or personal motorized vehicle, responding to security needs, writing reports, and assisting local public safety agencies. This role requires maintaining a professional attitude while ensuring a safe environment during non-traditional hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

You will communicate ticket information, process orders, and collect payments to help guests select the best event options. You'll provide excellent customer service, resolve concerns, and contribute to a positive team environment while working in a fast-paced setting.
