You will be responsible for manufacturing and developing sub-micron level tolerance diamond turned parts at production volumes, using world-class equipment and working with top professionals. This role involves collaborating with engineering to develop new products and processes while continuously improving production throughput and yield. You'll maintain maximum machine uptime by troubleshooting issues and following defined work instructions in a safe environment.

You will manage and maintain equipment and train new technicians to enable building at Starlink rate and quality. You'll work on fast-moving avionics production, executing new product introduction builds and resolving production issues. This role involves optimizing processes for surface mount electronics assemblies in a demanding startup atmosphere.

You will accelerate manufacturing processes at SpaceX by developing and deploying computer vision models for real-time inspection and defect recognition. As a technical leader, you will guide the team in applying cutting-edge AI to non-destructive evaluation and materials engineering applications. Your work will directly impact the Starship, Raptor, and Starlink programs.
