You will lead talent acquisition across Corporate/G&A, Manufacturing, and Go-to-Market functions, building and scaling a world-class recruiting team to support Crusoe's aggressive growth. This role involves driving hiring outcomes while developing operational infrastructure, mentoring recruiting managers, and partnering with executives to ensure shared accountability. You'll have autonomy to implement process improvements and leverage AI tools to enhance recruiting efficiency and quality.

You will join the Recruiting Ops organization to maximize effectiveness and efficiency by focusing on recruiting tools and operational hygiene. As the expert ensuring systems drive efficiency and data-driven decision making across the recruitment lifecycle, you'll work on system administration, troubleshooting, and process improvements. This role is critical for supporting our growing team and enhancing recruiting excellence through technology.
