You will gain hands-on experience building and scaling server-side systems, cloud-native services, and AI-assisted development workflows in a real-world production environment. You'll work closely with senior engineers on designing, developing, and optimizing distributed systems that power ALO's digital platforms.

You'll generate actionable insights by analyzing business opportunities and customer engagement/behavior, and influence decision-making through compelling data storytelling. You'll collaborate with Marketing, Product, Merchandising, and Data teams to design and launch experiments, and develop new metrics and custom reports to uncover performance opportunities and shape strategic digital and customer roadmaps.

You will be responsible for achieving store sales and maximizing profitability through visual merchandising in partnership with the Visual Manager. You will manage key operational functions like shipment processing, floor set updates, and supply management while maintaining strategic product presentation. This role involves leading by example, providing coaching to associates, and collaborating with management to drive business results.

You will work to achieve store sales goals by setting the ALO experience Brand Mission standard, creating an authentic experience for every guest through genuine connection and product education. You will drive sales by leading ALO's Flow initiatives and optimizing productivity while ensuring customer satisfaction. Your role involves constant movement in the store, assisting guests, and performing tasks to keep the store clean and operating efficiently.
