You will ensure smooth, efficient, and people-centered talent and people operations across our school, leading core processes such as recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, people systems administration, compliance tracking, and general employee support. You'll collaborate closely with other school leaders to deliver excellent service across the full employee lifecycle.

You will teach middle school math, creating a classroom culture with high expectations and support to foster academic and personal growth for scholars. You'll implement curriculum, use data-driven instruction, and build relationships with scholars, families, and colleagues. This role involves professional development and supporting social-emotional well-being while fostering active citizenship.
