You'll build and scale the genetic agency movement through flagship convenings and strategic partnerships, integrating Dyno's external communications for cohesive science-forward storytelling. This role expands Dyno's influence while growing a sustainable ecosystem at the forefront of gene therapy.

You'll build and scale external-facing AI products for genetic medicine, working at the intersection of software craftsmanship and AI. You'll drive cloud infrastructure and develop tooling that empowers scientists and partners. This role offers a chance to make a direct impact on cutting-edge genetic therapies.

You'll independently lead high-throughput immune evasion assays for next-generation AAV capsids, driving antibody evasion studies that support CNS and Muscle discovery programs. You'll also expand capabilities to address re-dosing and T-cell response challenges in gene therapy.

You'll execute AAV manufacturing and process-development workflows in a hands-on lab role. Your core impact is ensuring operational rigor across upstream, downstream, and QC-support activities. This role is mission-driven at the intersection of AI and genetic medicine.
