You'll own B2B operations across the EU for a tech-driven logistics platform, ensuring service quality and SLAs. You'll manage a team, coordinate cross-functionally, and drive process improvements. This role combines strategic ownership with hands-on execution.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage B2B operational flows from order intake to delivery
• Monitor daily operations and resolve issues proactively
• Lead and develop the B2B operations team
• Coordinate B2B topics across Operations, Product, Tech, Sales

📋 Requirements

• Experience managing people in an operations environment
• Strong ownership of end-to-end operational processes
• Good command of Microsoft Excel for data analysis
• Fluency in French and English both written and spoken
