Description

You will manage and optimize the 123 Reg website, using analytics and experimentation to improve conversion rates and revenue. You'll collaborate cross-functionally and take ownership of your workload.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in Marketing supporting website performance, digital marketing, or marketing operations.
• Hands-on experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, QuickSight, FullStory or Tableau.
• English fluency with confidence communicating and presenting to teams.
• Experience with ecommerce websites and understanding of CRO and SEO.
• Experience with Sitecore, Contentful, or similar enterprise CMS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quantitative and qualitative website analysis using tools like QuickSight, FullStory, and analytics platforms.
• Build reports and insights to identify user friction points and optimization opportunities.
• Drive the experimentation programme by crafting hypotheses and deploying experiments using Hivemind.
• Build and optimize landing pages and customer journeys using CMS platforms Sitecore and Contentful.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Content, SEO, SEM, Email, Marketing Ops, and UX teams.
