You'll support the planning and execution of key industry tradeshows and event activations that strengthen brand awareness and drive demand. You'll coordinate logistics, manage pre- and post-event workflows, and ensure flawless execution. ๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Assist in planning and executing field marketing events such as workshops and executive dinners.
  • Manage event logistics end-to-end including venue sourcing and contract management.
  • Help streamline campaign management setup and post-event follow up using Marketo and Salesforce.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors, venues, and other partners.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2-4 years experience in event planning for a technology company.
  • Proven ability to execute at a high level consistently.
  • Excellent communicator with ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and Marketo or Hubspot.
