You'll lead a team of process engineers optimizing repair processes for aviation turbine components. Your work ensures safe, compliant, and cost-effective methods that meet customer and regulatory standards. This role partners closely with production and quality to drive continuous improvement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and develop a team of process engineers
• Oversee repair process development and improvement
• Ensure compliance with technical data and regulations
• Manage tooling, equipment upgrades, and automation

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of engineering experience, preferably aerospace
• Bachelor's degree in technical or engineering field
• Leadership experience directing engineering teams and projects
• Ability to challenge traditional methods and implement innovative solutions

• Knowledge of turbine engine components and operation
• Understanding of FAA Part 145 repair station rules
