You'll lead Epic integration and implement CXA/CCaaS solutions for healthcare customers. You'll drive technical design, development, and deployment of secure, compliant workflows. This role combines deep healthcare expertise with cutting-edge AI automation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and deploy Epic EHR integrations for CXA/CCaaS solutions
• Develop reusable assets and best practice documentation
• Mentor teams and provide technical guidance during implementations
• Collaborate with Product and Support to address customer needs

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in Professional Services or IT/Software Development in SaaS
• 3+ years of hands-on Epic integration experience
• Proficiency in JavaScript, MUMPS, Python, or SQL
• Knowledge of healthcare compliance (HIPAA, HITECH)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with EHR systems like Cerner, Athenahealth
• Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, French, or German
• Familiarity with conversational AI or CRM systems
