You will be the face of our real estate projects, managing rental inquiries, conducting engaging property visits, closing leases, and supporting new tenants from signature to key handover. This role is focused on delivering a human and memorable rental experience.

• Strong sales and persuasion skills
• Professional presentation and authentic human approach
• Excellent priority management and tech proficiency (Drive, CRM)
• Flexibility to work 1 weekend out of 2

Responsibilities

• Manage and convert rental inquiries reactively via CRM
• Conduct dynamic property visits to showcase units
• Close lease agreements and sign contracts
• Accompany new tenants from signature to key handover
