  • Own day-to-day execution of lifecycle channels and retention marketing strategy
  • Build the 0-to-1 testing engine for retention with automated messaging journeys
  • Collaborate with Clinical and Operations teams to improve patient satisfaction
  • Partner with Head of Growth to bridge acquisition and long-term adherence

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2-5 years in DTC lifecycle marketing, ideally in a 0-to-1 growth environment
  • Experience owning and operating email and SMS channels with retention focus
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a builder mentality in ambiguous settings
  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights and drive alignment across teams
