๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own day-to-day execution of lifecycle channels and retention marketing strategy
- Build the 0-to-1 testing engine for retention with automated messaging journeys
- Collaborate with Clinical and Operations teams to improve patient satisfaction
- Partner with Head of Growth to bridge acquisition and long-term adherence
๐ Requirements
- 2-5 years in DTC lifecycle marketing, ideally in a 0-to-1 growth environment
- Experience owning and operating email and SMS channels with retention focus
- Strong problem-solving skills with a builder mentality in ambiguous settings
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights and drive alignment across teams
