Description
You will deliver one-on-one and couples personalized fitness instruction in clients' homes, apartment gyms, or outdoors, customizing workout programs and using the Svetness Fitness App to track progress and manage sessions. You'll build flexible schedules, commute up to 45 minutes, and focus entirely on helping clients achieve their fitness goals while our team handles administrative tasks.
Requirements
- NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited personal trainer certification
- Current CPR/AED certification
- High school diploma and 1-3 years personal training experience
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable transportation and basic personal training equipment
Responsibilities
- Customize client workout programs based on initial assessments
- Utilize Svetness Fitness App for session programming and notes
- Demonstrate exercises and ensure correct form with modifications
- Conduct client reassessments every 4-6 weeks
- Maintain flexible schedule and commute up to 45 minutes for sessions
