💼 About This Role

You'll lead the product team responsible for the strategy and execution of Compass's real estate leads platform—one of the most critical systems connecting homebuyers with agents. You'll unify multiple leads products into a single scalable system serving over 300,000 real estate professionals, driving measurable business results while maintaining a seamless experience for consumers and agents.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the lead platform
• Lead development of matching, routing, and distribution systems
• Collaborate with engineering and design to ship usable features
• Align product investments with partner success and company priorities

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience
• 3+ years on a real estate portal or large brokerage product team
• Strong technical foundation in system design and data flows
• Ability to use data and experimentation to drive strategy

• MS or MBA preferred
• Experience in lead generation or delivery
