💼 About This Role

You'll join Drivemode, a part of Honda, to analyze vast datasets and uncover insights that drive product decisions and optimize user experiences across mobile apps and in-car systems. You'll collaborate with product managers, engineers, and Honda stakeholders to translate business challenges into data-driven solutions. This role is instrumental in propelling Honda to the forefront of electric vehicles and software-defined vehicles.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze data and deliver actionable insights for mobile apps and in-car experiences.
• Collaborate with data teams at Honda Japan and American Honda to define KPIs.
• Lead development and maintenance of critical metrics and dashboards for the product team.
• Champion a data-driven culture and disseminate insights across the company.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years proven success as Data Analyst/Scientist or data-driven Product Manager.
• Deep expertise in SQL, Python, and/or R.
• Proficiency in analytics tools like Amplitude, Datadog, Tableau, Power BI, or Firebase.
• Expertise in data modeling, data engineering, and ETL processes.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with A/B testing and statistical modeling.
• People management experience.
• Fluency in Japanese and experience with Japanese corporations.
