Requirements

Early to mid-career experience in data center management or similar mission-critical operations
Proactive leadership skills with ability to manage a small team
Experience with electrical infrastructure and Bitcoin mining or blockchain operations preferred

Responsibilities

Manage data center operations including personnel, electrical, mechanical, network, cooling, vendor relations, and security
Develop a strong leadership team and technicians to support daily operations with minimal supervision
Ensure optimal performance, reliability, and scalability of the facility
