You'll deliver enterprise-grade technical support to VIP customers, resolving complex issues within WordPress ecosystems and ensuring platform stability. You'll serve as a key escalation point, collaborating with engineering and customer success teams.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Deliver advanced technical support to enterprise customers through ticketing and calls.
- Investigate and resolve escalated issues with WordPress applications and infrastructure.
- Perform in-depth debugging using logs, monitoring tools, and code analysis.
- Collaborate with customer success, engineering, and support teams for timely resolution.
๐ Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with WordPress including themes, plugins, and hooks.
- Proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for debugging.
- Experience in customer-facing technical support or enterprise environments.
- Understanding of web technologies: REST APIs, HTTP, DNS, Git.
โจ Nice to Have
- Familiarity with WooCommerce, Gutenberg, or reverse proxies.
- Experience with debugging tools like New Relic or Kibana.
