🎯 What You'll Do

• Scour online brokerages to identify assets matching investment criteria.
• Conduct comprehensive financial underwriting for multifamily assets.
• Create bank packages with pro formas, deal summaries, and lender pitch materials.
• Integrate AI tools to increase deal-processing speed and scalability.

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of real estate experience on large-scale multifamily assets.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and complex underwriting templates.
• High proficiency in using AI tools for deal analysis and operational efficiency.
• Exceptional written English for professional broker outreach.
