💼 About This Role

You'll resolve complex network incidents and customer escalations for a global NaaS leader. Your work directly maintains the stability and performance of Megaport's production network. This role offers high-growth opportunity in a supportive engineering culture with cross-functional collaboration.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Diagnose and resolve complex network and customer issues
• Perform remote troubleshooting sessions for efficient resolution
• Plan, process, manage, and implement network changes
• Contribute to root cause analysis and preventive solutions

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in logical troubleshooting and resolving complex networking issues
• Deep understanding of network infrastructure (IP config, VLANs, switching, routing, optical)
• Strong proficiency with MPLS, OSPF, BGP and other advanced routing protocols
• Hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, Nokia or similar platforms

• Degree in IT, Networking, or related field
• Networking certifications (CCNA, CCNP)
