• Serve as technical expert (SME) for C-130 aircraft production
• Mentor and coach production staff on best practices
• Train teams on aircraft build processes and tools
• Improve production efficiency, quality, and consistency

📋 Requirements

• 20+ years in aircraft production or assembly
• 7+ years of direct C-130 production line experience
• Experience as lead, supervisor, or production support expert
• U.S. Citizenship required

✨ Nice to Have

• Background as Work Center Supervisor or Production Lead
• Experience with aircraft build, modification, or sustainment programs
• Familiarity with aerospace manufacturing standards
