💼 About This Role

You'll be responsible for the entire build process across Varda's vehicle, from staging flight equipment to executing leak tests. You'll work directly with engineers to improve manufacturing processes and own production facilities. This role offers the opportunity to learn new skill sets supporting full vehicle builds in a cutting-edge space startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Stage and assemble flight and test equipment per technical work instructions
• Work directly with engineers to improve build processes
• Execute electrical and pneumatic leak testing according to test plans
• Rig vehicles for lifting operations and use precision tools

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalency certificate
• 1+ years experience as a technician in aerospace or aviation
• Teamwork, communication, and problem solving in a collaborative environment
• Basic computer skills

• Ability to read engineering drawings and schematics
• Experience assembling and testing propulsion or electronic components
• Forklift, crane, and lift rigging experience
