Description

You will guide customers in designing and building reliable, scalable systems using MongoDB, working closely with sales to drive business forward. You'll act as a trusted advisor to a wide range of users, from startups to large enterprises.

Requirements

• 8-11 years customer-facing experience, minimum 3 pre-sales with enterprise software
• 3+ years with modern scripting or programming languages
• Experience with distributed systems in cloud and on-prem
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

• Design scalable and performant applications and infrastructure using MongoDB
• Guide customers on architecture patterns and optimization strategies
• Collaborate with sales team on account planning and technical aspects
• Generate demand through technical initiatives and events
• Mentor other Solutions Consulting team members
