🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead architectural projects from contract through construction.

• Oversee construction administration activities (RFIs, submittals).

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture; licensure preferred.
• 8-10+ years of architectural project experience with 5+ years in project management.
• Experience leading projects through construction administration in K-12 education.
• Strong understanding of project delivery, A/E fee structures, and project financials.

• Bond work experience.
