Description

You will own the full material compliance strategy for Starlink hardware, ensuring global regulatory adherence for RoHS, REACH, WEEE, Prop 65, and more. You'll manage data systems, drive supplier compliance, and provide clear direction to design and sourcing teams, directly enabling the shipment of millions of units worldwide.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in chemical engineering, materials engineering, materials science, environmental science, chemistry, or other STEM discipline
• 5+ years experience in materials environmental compliance for high-volume electronics
• Deep expertise in RoHS, REACH, WEEE, and Full Material Declaration processes
• Hands-on experience with material data management systems
• Ability to work extended hours or weekends as needed

Responsibilities

• Own full material compliance strategy and execution for all Starlink hardware
• Lead RoHS, REACH, WEEE, Prop 65, and global compliance programs
• Manage material data systems and drive supplier data collection and validation
• Conduct risk assessments on new components and materials
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and regulatory files
