You'll lead a broker support team managing back-office operations, including agent onboarding and compliance. You'll drive process improvements and ensure high-quality service delivery to agents and internal stakeholders.

  • Lead and support the Broker Support team managing back-office operations.
  • Oversee communication workflows across Salesforce, email, phone, and ticketing.
  • Support administration of agent compensation structures and internal policies.
  • Coach, develop, and mentor team members to improve performance.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2โ€“3 years of experience in a leadership or management role.
  • Experience in insurance or IMO environments is a strong asset.
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams in a structured setting.
  • Authorization to work in Canada.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
  • Bilingualism in Spanish is a strong advantage.
