- Lead and support the Broker Support team managing back-office operations.
- Oversee communication workflows across Salesforce, email, phone, and ticketing.
- Support administration of agent compensation structures and internal policies.
- Coach, develop, and mentor team members to improve performance.
๐ Requirements
- 2โ3 years of experience in a leadership or management role.
- Experience in insurance or IMO environments is a strong asset.
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams in a structured setting.
- Authorization to work in Canada.

- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
- Bilingualism in Spanish is a strong advantage.
