💼 About This Role

You'll monitor and expedite sub-vendors supplying raw materials and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of process plant equipment. Your core impact is identifying supply chain risks and implementing recovery plans to keep projects on schedule. You'll serve as a critical interface between vendors, procurement, engineering, and clients.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor and expedite sub-vendor raw material and bought-out item deliveries.
• Track vendor production schedules and align with project milestones.
• Conduct field expediting visits to verify progress against schedules.
• Identify supply chain risks and implement recovery or mitigation plans.

📋 Requirements

• 4-8 years of experience in vendor expediting or production coordination for Oil & Gas process plant equipment.
• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or Fabrication Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with fabrication of pressure vessels, heat exchangers, or skid packages.
• Strong understanding of fabrication lifecycle: procurement, fabrication, testing, dispatch.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with MS Project or Primavera P6.
• Experience with third-party inspector coordination.
• Knowledge of quality documentation like ITPs and MDR.
