You'll execute full life-cycle recruitment for assigned global requisitions at a fast-growing radiopharmaceutical company. Your core impact will be supporting the international roll-out of a prostate cancer imaging agent and advancing late-clinical-stage oncology products.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute full life-cycle recruitment for assigned requisitions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and evaluate candidates.
• Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, manage offers, and close requisitions.
• Maintain accurate data in ATS and HR systems.

📋 Requirements

• 1+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience supporting professional, technical, or specialized roles.
• RPO experience.
• Experience supporting APAC region.
