You'll drive vendor performance and optimize production lead times to ensure high in-stock levels and efficient operations. This role offers the opportunity to shape production strategy for a rapidly scaling DTC brand.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct end-to-end lead time assessments and implement reduction initiatives
• Manage vendor on-time delivery (OTD) metrics to achieve 90%+
• Oversee custom orders from concept to completion
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with vendors

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of production experience in the jewelry industry
• Proficiency in ERP systems like Product Catalog
• Strong vendor management and supply chain optimization skills
• Experience with US-based online retailers (M2C)
