Description

In this role, you'll oversee the full 360° recruitment process, from intake to successful placement, while building strong relationships with clients and candidates. You'll focus on guiding and matching candidates who apply through our platform, rather than cold acquisition.

Requirements

• Completed HBO or WO education
• One year of experience in recruitment or labor mediation
• SEU diploma or willingness to obtain within 3 months
• Fluent Dutch (C1 level minimum)
• Available at least 32 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment processes and identify bottlenecks using qualitative and quantitative data
• Report and plan on a weekly basis
• Enthuse and bind candidates to the company
• Maintain client contact and build relationships
• Organize the full 360° process from intake to successful placement
