• Achieve sales and margin objectives for seasonal buying plans
• Develop market analyses and business strategies for the fashion market
• Execute balanced assortment by selecting products from vendor lines
• Analyze and negotiate proposals based on trend, price, delivery, quality
• Build and maintain relationships with Stores, Vendors, and other teams

📋 Requirements

• 2-3 years of progressive experience as Assistant Buyer or Associate Buyer
• Experience in identifying trends in the contemporary fashion market
• Deep analytical and quantitative skills
• Strong communication skills and team collaboration
