Description

In this role, you will partner with corporate and functional leadership to align people strategies with business strategy, enabling Riverside's growth by strengthening organizational design, building future-ready capabilities, and scaling people practices. You will act as a strategic partner, change leader, culture talent champion, and operational enabler across corporate teams.

Requirements

  • Strategic, proactive, and forward-looking partnership with enterprise and functional leadership
  • Experience in organizational design and workforce planning
  • Ability to drive adoption of new operating models and ways of working
  • Expertise in talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development
  • Knowledge of employment legislation and compensation frameworks

Responsibilities

  • Align structure, capabilities, and talent with enterprise strategy and growth priorities
  • Guide corporate teams through scale, complexity, and organizational evolution
  • Build strong leaders, engaged teams, and a culture of accountability, inclusion, and performance
  • Build scalable, efficient people processes that support enterprise growth
  • Support leadership capability development and succession planning
