💼 About This Role

You'll provide high-quality mental health care as a psychiatrist at LifeStance, working alongside a multidisciplinary team. Your focus remains on patient care while we handle billing and admin. You'll set your own schedule and can integrate psychotherapy into daily practice, with access to Grand Rounds and TMS training.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide outpatient psychiatric care to patients
• Set own scheduled hours and appointment lengths
• Collaborate with therapists and nurse practitioners
• Integrate psychotherapy into practice if desired

📋 Requirements

• M.D. or D.O. from accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Adult or Child/Adolescent Psychiatry
• Valid medical license in Massachusetts (or willing to obtain)

✨ Nice to Have

• Interest in teaching or supervising PMHNPs
• Experience with TMS therapies
• Certification in child/adolescent psychiatry
