  • Address patient needs with customer support and logistics coordination.
  • Schedule and coordinate workflow between departments for project efficiencies.
  • Resolve assigned inquiries and escalation cases via email, phone, or Salesforce.
  • Participate in operational programs and initiatives for patient resolution.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of call center experience in inbound and outbound.
  • 2+ years of Salesforce experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid practices.

  • Experience with medical billing and coding.
  • Experience in a skilled nursing environment.
