You'll provide evidence-based interventions to adults with severe and persistent mental illness on a multidisciplinary ACCS team. You'll empower clients in their recovery and rehabilitation journey. This role focuses on person-centered care in residential or community settings.

• Provide interventions focusing on problem solving and modeling behavior
• Assist team in ongoing assessment of client symptoms and responses
• Support clients in developing recovery and rehabilitation goals
• Provide culturally competent, strengths-based services

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
• Experience working with adults with mental illness
• Valid Massachusetts driver's license
