You will own the growth playbook for the AI era, building a scalable demand-generation pipeline across SEO, SEM, paid social, and email. Expect to run rapid experiments, integrate AI-driven personalization, and partner closely with Sales and Product to drive measurable ARR.

Requirements

• Proven experience scaling high-growth B2B SaaS companies
• Hands-on expertise in pipeline generation and growth hacking
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
• Familiarity with AI marketing tools and automation
• Ability to align cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering

Responsibilities

• Architect demand generation engine via multi-channel campaigns (SEO, SEM, paid social, email, events) to drive SQLs and revenue
• Design and execute rapid A/B testing across landing pages, ad copy, and email sequences to optimize CAC and LTV
• Leverage AI tools to automate workflows, personalize outreach, and uncover growth trends
• Own the marketing funnel (MQL, SQL, Pipeline) and provide weekly reporting on CPA and ROI
• Implement AI-driven ABM campaigns for high-value enterprise accounts
